In addition, in order to remove the dust generated during the transportation of grain, etc., a dust removing device, a cover, etc., were installed to absorb the dust, so that the dust would not scatter and the interior of the room would be prevented from becoming dirty. FIG. 4 shows an example of this, in which a conveying device 3 is provided in which the conveying section side of the belt 1 is covered with a cylinder 2, an input port 4 is attached at an appropriate location, and a carrier is provided at the outlet of the cylinder 2. Rollers 5 and 6 are arranged. As shown in FIG. 5, carrier rollers 5 and 6 are rotatably attached to support members 7 and 8, and the positions of the left and right carrier rollers can be adjusted relatively back and forth. In addition, the pitch P between the carrier roller 5 and the carrier roller 6 is set at 50 mm due to load and tension considerations.
It is installed at a height of ~120cm.

It takes. Furthermore, if the support shafts of the carrier rollers 5, 6, etc. become dirty with dust, their rotational operation becomes poor, requiring a large driving force during conveyance, and maintenance work becomes complicated.

When a conveyed object is placed on the conveying section, the driving force of the conveyor belt increases due to its weight, but since it is a low-friction member, even if it makes surface contact with a steel plate, the frictional force is small and it can be easily conveyed. Further, when the dust is transported inside the cylinder, the dust simply floats inside the cylinder and can be transported without leaking to the outside.

To install the endless annular conveyor belt (H), after assembling each part, a plate-shaped conveyor belt is wound and the ends are connected or welded with adhesive. Further, in the conveyor bell I-B, a core material supporting the load is covered with rubber layers on both sides, and a low-friction cloth is adhered to the inner surface 11 of the core material. The inner surface 11 may be directly processed to reduce the coefficient of friction.

It is attached to the frame 12 so as to be inclined from both side edges of the conveyor belt B toward the center, or to be positioned horizontally. The conveying section located outside the cylindrical body 10 of the conveying belt B has its inner surface 11 supported by an iron plate 13 from below.

In addition to being easy to assemble, the second part 10a can be removed to inspect the interior, and a new input port can be easily created. The conveyor belt B is supported with its inner surface 11 in surface contact with the lower inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical body 10.

The cylindrical body 10 may be attached to a frame (not shown) using the flanges 14 at both ends, and the discharge port may be attached to the casing 1.

Since the dust is transferred inside the cylindrical body 10, the dust generated within the cylindrical body 10 is trapped and prevented from scattering into the air.

This is preferable because the surface in contact with is large. Moreover, if the width of the iron plates 13 in the conveyance direction is increased, the strength of the conveyor belt B may be small, and the pitch between the iron plates 13 can be widened.

Since the load of the conveyed object is received on a flat surface, there is no sagging, and the strength of the belt I can be reduced, and the belt can be conveyed with 1/10 to 1/6 of the tension compared to a belt using a conventional carrier roller. Therefore, the driving source can be made smaller. Further, the steel plate is easy to assemble by simply fixing it to the support member, and can be attached extremely easily.

効果がある。Furthermore, since the object is transferred inside the cylindrical body, there is no scattering of dust into the air during transportation, and no dust is mixed in from the outside, so the object can be transferred as is. For example, reliability can be improved when transporting toxic substances, medicines, food products, etc. Furthermore, since it is isolated from the outside, it has a soundproofing effect.
