In order to alleviate this problem, it is preferable that the catheter be made of as soft a material as possible. Also, since the catheter will be in contact with the visceral wall for a long period of time, if the material is hard, there is a risk that the tissue of the visceral wall will become necrotic. It is also preferable that the tube be made of soft plastic tube.

は腰が弱くて挿入が困難である。 However, in order to insert these soft tubes into the stomach and intestines, which have large curvatures, they must be passed through the nasal cavity, past the narrow passageway of the larynx, and then through the esophagus, making it difficult to insert catheters made from soft plastic tubes because they are weak. It is.

It took time and effort to apply lubricant to the inner surface of the catheter, and furthermore, inserting the guidewire itself was troublesome. Furthermore, during insertion, there was a risk that the tip of the guide wire would protrude from the side hole of the catheter and pierce the internal organ wall.

The outer tube allows the tube to pass through with a sufficient margin, and the two tubes are fixed closed at one end, and an opening space is provided on the upper surface of the outer tube for drawing out the sheath tube. This separator can be inserted and removed by providing a notch in the axial direction from the top to the center line, or by dividing the separator into two horizontally and providing a fitting protrusion that elastically fits into each divided surface and a corresponding fitting hole. It was designed to be freely integrated.

Reference numeral 1 is a soft plastic catheter, and 2 is a sheath tube, which is a plastic tube with slightly greater elasticity and rigidity than the catheter, and has tear lines 3 running longitudinally along its entire length. The tear line 3 is formed by integrating something different from the sheath tube 2, or by molding the tear line 3 to have a much thinner wall thickness than the other parts. Further, the number of tear lines is not limited to one. However, it is preferable that only a very small portion (10 below) of the distal end portion of the catheter has no tear line.

It is also possible to make the tearing possible. In this way, the nasal insertion tube A has the catheter 1 passed through the sheath tube 2.
B is a separator made of hard plastic that is molded into a hard plastic when set near the nasal cavity, and has an inner tube 4 through which the catheter 1 can be slidably passed, and an outer tube 4 through which the sheath tube 2, which is located concentrically on the outer periphery, can be passed with sufficient margin. There is a tube 5, and there is a closing fixing part 6 that closes the gap between the two at one end.The outer tube 5 consists of a large diameter part and a small diameter part continuous to the large diameter part, and the closing fixing part 6 is arranged on the small diameter part side. At the same time as the small diameter part is cut 7 with a surface sloping from top to bottom toward the part 6 side, the upper part of the closing fixing part 6 is also cut with a surface sloping from above toward the opening (large diameter part) of the outer tube. an opening space 9 between the inner tube 4 and the outer tube 5 made by

The sheath tube 2 which has been pulled out and torn as shown in FIG. As this withdrawal continues, all of the sheath tube 2 is pulled out through this separator B, and the catheter 1 remains in the gastrointestinal tract.

When the catheter is placed in the internal organs, the nasal insertion catheter 1 can be completely pulled up from the internal organs by simply tearing the sheath tube 2 with the separator. What's more, this separator can be placed in the nasal cavity and carried out by one person, whereas conventional methods required two hands. The sheath tube has greater elasticity and rigidity than a catheter, so it can be easily inserted into the gastrointestinal tract. This can be done extremely quickly, and the sheath tube can be pulled out smoothly and quickly, causing almost no pain to the patient. The sheath tube and separator can be easily molded from plastic, so they can be supplied at low cost.
