Dental cavity restorations are generally filled with tooth restoration materials. Such tooth restoration materials include:
Usually two-component materials are used which are more reactive upon mixing. Two-component materials often consist of a combination of a powder and a mixing reaction liquid, each of which is supplied to the market in glass or plastic bottles. Since such a two-component material rapidly undergoes a hardening reaction after being mixed, it is necessary to fill the cavity as quickly as possible before it solidifies. The operation of measuring the above-mentioned bottled materials immediately before filling and mixing them with a spatula is complicated and time-consuming.
In recent years, capsules containing a certain amount of powder and a reaction solution for mixing in an isolated state have become commercially available.
There is no need to measure, and the mixing and
By applying mechanical vibration to the capsule, mixing can now be done in just a few seconds.

However, even if a capsule containing a predetermined amount of tooth restoration material as described above is used, the mixed contents must be taken out from the capsule into a separate container before being transferred to the cavity. Filling takes time, and especially at high temperatures, the hardening reaction of the mixed and kneaded tooth restoration materials becomes faster, so it is often the case that the filling is already hardened and fails. There was a problem. In order to solve these problems, the special public
-20629 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 50-5510 disclose an apparatus for extruding a mixed tooth restoration material from a cylindrical capsule. In the former case, the part is simply a guide path for moving the capsule to a predetermined position where the capsule is attached and held, and is not for holding the capsule; in the latter case, it is a holding part that holds the capsule in a predetermined position. Because of this, the shape and size of the concave part must match the shape and size of the cylindrical capsule quite precisely so that the capsule can be properly inserted and held in the specified position, making the operation of attaching the capsule cumbersome. There was a drawback.

EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Hereinafter, the syringe for tooth restoration materials based on this invention is demonstrated in detail based on the Example shown in drawing. 1 to 4 show one embodiment of the syringe for tooth restoration material according to the present invention, in which FIG. 1 is a side sectional view, FIG. 2 is a plan view, and FIG. 3 is a front view. FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along the line X-X in FIG. 1, FIG. 5 is a front view corresponding to FIG. 3 showing another embodiment of the tooth restoration material syringe according to the present invention, and FIG. An enlarged perspective view showing an example of a cylindrical capsule used with the syringe for tooth restoration material according to the present invention, with each part and accessories separated. FIG. 8 is an enlarged perspective view of an example of a capsule contents injection tube, and FIG. 9 is a tooth restoration material according to the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 4. No. 8 in the syringe for
FIG. 8 is a plan view showing a state in which the capsule contents injection tube shown in the figure and the cylindrical capsule shown in FIG. 7 are attached and the capsule contents are pushed out. In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a syringe for tooth restoration material according to the present invention, which is composed of a syringe body 2 and a push rod 5. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the syringe body 2 consists of a cylinder part 3 and a concave holding part 4 that is connected to the opening at the distal end of the cylinder part and holds a cylindrical capsule 6, which will be described later. A syringe body 2 is inserted into this cylinder part 3 when extruding the contents of the capsule, which is a material for tooth restoration.
A flange 3a is provided to facilitate gripping, and a push rod 5 is removably inserted into the interior from the rear end. Furthermore, the concave holding portion 4 has an insertion hole 4a at the tip thereof for a capillary injecting tube to be described later. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the insertion hole 4a is a through hole whose periphery is completely surrounded, but as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 4b
is formed, and instead of penetrating the capillary part of the capsule contents injection capillary, the slit 4b
A structure may be adopted in which the insertion hole 4a is reached through the insertion hole 4a.
In addition, in the present invention, the insertion hole 4a of the concave holding part 4
A spring body 4c that presses the cylindrical capsule 6 toward the cylinder part 3 side by a spring force is provided on the inner side of the cylindrical capsule at the end of the concave holding part 4 on the opposite side of the spring body 4c. A major feature is that a convex portion 4d is provided to which the peripheral edge of the rear end of 6 is pressed. Such a syringe body 2 has a spring body 4
The parts other than c may be integrally molded, or the cylinder part 3 and the concave holding part 4 may be combined separately. As the spring body 4c mounted in the vicinity of the insertion hole 4a of the concave holding part 4, a coil spring can be used when the insertion hole 4a is a through hole, and when it is a slit, a capsule described later can be used. V that can be inserted through the thin tube part of the contents injection tube
A U-shaped leaf spring with a slit such as a mold may be used. The diameter of the push-out rod 5 is approximately equal to the inner diameter of the cylindrical capsule 6 described below, or is equal to or smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical capsule 6 when a slidable stopper 6b is used in the cylindrical capsule 6. Good too.
The materials of the syringe main body 2 and the push rod 5 are not particularly determined, but plastic is preferred because it is inexpensive and lightweight. Next, the cylindrical capsule 6 and accessories used with the syringe for tooth restoration material according to the present invention will be explained. The cylindrical capsule 6 illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 7 includes a capsule body 6a having a small hole 6aa on the distal end surface and an open rear end, and a plug 6b that closes the opening at the rear end of the capsule body 6a. The illustrated embodiment is a slidable stopper that is slidably fitted into the capsule body 6a. This capsule body 6a
After the powder of the two components of the tooth restoration material is placed inside, a plug 6b made of rubber or plastic is fitted into the opening at the rear end. As shown in FIG. 6, the accessories of the capsule 6 include a cap 7 at the end of the capsule body 6a on the side of the small hole 6aa, and a pressure-rupturable capsule sandwiched between the capsule body 6a and the cap 7 at the end of the capsule body 6a. For example, a pack 8 made of aluminum foil is prepared, and a reaction solution for mixing of the above two components is sealed in the pack 8. Capsule contents injection tube 9
As shown in FIG. 8, a concave portion 9b is formed at one end of the thin tube portion 9a so that the end on the side of the small hole 6aa of the cylindrical capsule 6 is tightly pressed. is opened at approximately the center of this concave surface portion 9b, and when the capsule is in close contact with the cylindrical capsule 6, the thin tube portion 9a of the capsule contents injection thin tube 9 and the inside of the cylindrical capsule 6 communicate with each other through the small hole 6aa. It's getting old.

Next, a method of using the syringe for tooth restoration material according to the present invention having the above-described structure will be explained. First, depending on the structure of the cylindrical capsule 6 to be used, the pack 8 is pressed using a predetermined method to rupture the pack 8, and the reaction liquid for mixing inside is allowed to flow into the cylindrical capsule 6. In the case of the cylindrical capsule 6 shown in FIG. 6, the tip cap 7 is strongly pressed against the capsule body 6a.
The pack 8 is then ruptured and the mixing reaction liquid sealed in the pack 8 is forced into the cylindrical capsule 6 through the small hole 6aa. Immediately after the mixing reaction liquid flows into the cylindrical capsule 6, the cylindrical capsule 6 is set in a dedicated mixer, and the tooth restoration material in the cylindrical capsule 6 is mixed and kneaded. On the other hand, the capsule contents injection thin tube 9 is inserted in advance into the insertion hole 4a of the concave holding portion 4 of the syringe body 2 as shown in FIG. When the mixing and kneading of the tooth restoration material in the cylindrical capsule 6 is completed in a few seconds, the tip cap 7 is immediately removed and the end of the cylindrical capsule 6 on the small hole 6aa side is inserted into the capsule contents injection capillary 9. 9, so that it is in contact with the concave surface 9b of the plate as shown in FIG. When the setting is completed, grasp the syringe body 2 using the flange 3a, insert the push rod 5 from the cylinder part 3 side, and if the cylindrical capsule 6 uses a slidable stopper 6b, remove the capsule body. The capsule 6a is moved through the stopper 6b, and the capsule contents inside the cylindrical capsule 6 are pushed out from the tip of the capsule contents injection capillary 9 to fill the cavity. The capsule contents injection tube 9 is replaced every time. At this time, since the concave holding part 4 is provided with the spring body 4c and the convex part 4d, the holding of the cylindrical capsule 6 is stable and strong. In addition, when the slidable stopper 6b is not used,
After mixing and kneading, the stopper 6b of the cylindrical capsule 6 is removed and set, and the contents of the capsule are extruded using the tip of the extrusion rod 5, which has an outer diameter that is approximately the same as the inner diameter of the cylindrical capsule 6.

The syringe for tooth restoration material according to the present invention as described above has a concave holding part that is thick enough to attach a cylindrical capsule, and this concave holding part has a spring body and a convex part. Because it is provided,
The cylindrical capsule can be easily attached to the concave holder, and the cylindrical capsule can be stably and firmly held in the concave holder. Also, when grasping the syringe body and inserting the capsule contents injection tube at the tip into the oral vagina to fill the capsule contents into the cavity, it becomes an obstacle to view the condition inside the oral cavity. As a result, the cavity can be quickly filled with tooth restoration material while carefully observing the affected area, and there is no pressure on the patient, and the syringe body and extrusion rod are made of plastic. This makes it possible to further improve the above effects as it is lightweight and easy to hold.Furthermore, since it uses a capsule contents injection tube separate from the cylindrical capsule, it can be used instead of the existing cylindrical capsule. It has many advantages such as being usable and allowing the cylindrical capsules to be easily mixed and kneaded with an existing mixer exclusively for cylindrical capsules.
