向に磁気吸引するように構成された電磁アクチユ
エータと、上記シヤツタ羽根が可動片の動作で開
閉するように双方を連結する係合手段と、上記シ
ヤツタ羽根を開口するとき、上記電磁巻線をパル
スのデユーテイ比を変えて通電駆動するパルス信
号を発生しかつ、上記可動片とシヤツタ羽根およ
び上記係合手段の慣性によつて生じるシヤツタ開
口波形の姿勢差の変曲点を生じさせないように上
記変曲点付近にてパルス幅の長いパルス信号を発
生するパルス発生回路を備えたことを特徴とする
