ド部やこのパツド部に装備されているエアバツク
あるいはスイツチ類若しくはデイスプレイが非回
転方式とされているステアリング装置において、 車体側に取付けられるステアリングコラムに支
持されたステアリングシヤフトのステアリングホ
イール側端部にピニオンを設け、同ピニオンと偏
心した状態で内歯噛合するステアリングホイール
に形成のリングギヤ部を備え、該リングギヤ部の
外周を旋回自在に支持するギヤハウジングを上記
車体側に設けるとともに、上記ステアリングホイ
ール部に旋回可能に支持されるスイツチ、エアバ
ツク、デイスプレイおよびパツド等の部材を上記
ギヤハウジングに上記ピニオンと上記リングギヤ
との間に形成してある空間部利用して連結するこ
とで上記ステアリングホイールの操舵による上記
ステアリングシヤフトの回転時に上記各部材を非
回転状態に維持するように構成したことを特徴と
