し、バルブ孔から排出される空気流により押鍵操
作された当該鍵に対応するリードを奏鳴させるよ
うに構成されている。第1図は鍵構造の従来例を
示すもので、1は鍵、2はリードバルブ、3はレ
バーを示し、鍵1とリードバルブ2は通常プラス
チツクによつて形成され、レバー3はアルミニウ
ム等の軽金属によつて形成されている。そのた
め、レバー3は基部が鍵1の後端部下面に設けら
れた係合凹部4に嵌合されると共に接着剤で接着
されたり、加熱溶着により鍵1に一体的に結合さ
れる一方、リードバルブ2はレバー3の下端部に

面基部寄りにはレバー26が一体に垂設されて笛
室形成部材12に形成された開口27を貫通し、
かつ該レバー26の下端には当該鍵22に対応す
るバルブ孔Bを鍵操作に連動して開閉制御するリ
ードバルブ28が一体に形成されている。このリ
ードバルブ28は通常前記引張コイルばね25に
よつて鍵に与えられた回動習性によつてバルブ孔
Bを閉塞しており、吹奏時に鍵操作に連動してバ
ルブ孔Bから離反することにより、立奏用歌口2
1から空気室16およびスリツト18を通つて当
該鍵の笛室14に送り込まれた空気をバルブ孔B
から排出し、この排出時の空気流がリード19を

と鍵との連結部の側壁を鍵に近づくに伴い鍵基端
側へ拡大形成しているため、楽器演奏中の鍵戻り
時や、鍵先端部をさらに押し上げようとする外力
作用時に最大の作用力を受ける等大きな外力が作
用するレバーの鍵付根部に対して充分に高い機械
的強度を保障している。したがつて、この樹脂成
形品の可動部材の耐久性、信頼性を飛躍的に向上
