るように構成した吸引式ねじ締め機において、 昇降駆動源を、サーボモータの回転を受けて回
転するスクリユウシヤフトおよびドライバ台に保
持されてかつスクリユウシヤフトに螺合する軸受
台で構成する一方、 駆動モータの回転をドライバ台に回転自在に保
持された伝達軸およびこれと一体でかつこれに対
して摺動自在の摺動スリーブでなるシリンダ機構
を介してドライバビツトに伝達し、 さらに、前記サーボモータの回転をエンコーダ
により検出してこの検出値があらかじめ設定され
た設定値に一致するようにサーボモータを駆動す
る制御部を設けたことを特徴とする吸引式ねじ締
