(Prior Art) Conventionally, some woven or knitted fabrics woven or knitted using yarns made of this type of nonwoven fabric are known. That is, conventional methods include, for example, knitted fabrics using paper-woven yarn made from wet-laid non-woven fabric (paper-making type), and fabrics woven from flat threads cut from dry-laid non-woven fabric (adhesive type) made from chemical fibers such as polypropylene (PP). .

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, although each of the above conventional products has its own characteristics and characteristics depending on the type of nonwoven fabric and the raw material fiber, they all have hygroscopicity, dyeability, texture, etc.
It was inferior in terms of bulk density, lightness, etc., and could not be said to be sufficient.

(Means for Solving the Problems) This invention was devised to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to provide a fabric that can fully exhibit the characteristics of the nonwoven fabric and raw cotton.

This invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a flat thread made by cutting 100% cotton adhesive-type dry nonwoven fabric into a thin tape shape with a width of 4 mm using a slitter. The above-mentioned non-woven fabric is a two-layer type consisting of 100% cotton web fibers subjected to a combing process on the top and bottom with an acrylic adhesive (binder) interposed in the middle, and the weight is 40 g/m 2 (the weight of the web and binder). A weight ratio of about 6.5:3.5 is desirable.

Therefore, in this invention, the flat yarn 1 having the above structure is used at least in part and woven into a fabric 2.

That is, this invention includes, in addition to the fabric 2 woven using only the flat yarn 1, a mixed-weave fabric 1 in which the flat yarn 1 and other yarns are interwoven as appropriate for the warp or weft.

(Effects of the invention) As mentioned above, this invented fabric is woven using flat threads cut into thin tapes from an adhesive-type dry non-woven fabric made from 100% cotton. It has excellent dyeability (both post-dyed and pre-dyed), is bulky and light, has a soft texture, has a coarse texture, provides a variety of textures, and is highly breathable, and is used for women's outerwear and sleepwear. It has excellent effects and can be widely used as sheets.
