いて、キヤツプの密閉部と筆記部の密閉部の長手
方向密閉距離を小径ペン先により押圧されるシー
ル部材の長手方向弾性変形量より短く設定すると
ともに、互いに係合されるキヤツプ内面と筆記部
の外面のどちらか一方に、長手方向に適宜離れた
２つの位置あるいは長手方向に適宜伸びて係合突
部を形成し、しかも係合突部を長手方向に完全に
分断して伸びる凹溝を形成したことを特徴とする
