Claims (1)
- 胴および底部を、一枚の耐蝕性金属薄板を深絞
り加工することにより継目無しで、かつ胴から底
部にかけて適度な曲率を有するよう一体成形する
と共に、前記胴の開口縁が内接するような開口を
有するフランジの前記開口に、胴の開口端を内挿
して、前記開口縁とフランジとをその内周に沿つ
て溶込み溶接しフランジ付きシリンダーを形成し
、シリンダーの内面を溶接部をも含めて精密研磨
することにより成形したシリンダー部を備え、超
純流体の保存、気化、混合等の機能を付与したこ
とを特徴とする溶接部を局限した高精密内面を有
するシリンダー。
