紙搬送路を通過する用紙により前記揺動部材が揺
動されることを検知する装置であつて、 前記揺動部材に対応させて、略L字状の重送検
知手段を取付けるプレート部材を配置し、該プレ
ート部材の立ち上がり部は前記揺動部材に軸を固
定した回転角度検知手段を支持する部材として構
成され、下ガイド板の用紙搬送面とほぼ同じ高さ
に設定された水平部材は、揺動部材の接触片の下
部が接するように配置され、前記用紙搬送路と別
体に構成した前記プレート部材により揺動部材の
回転角度検知手段全体を支持させ得るように構成
したことを特徴とする用紙の重送検知装置。 (2) 前記重送検知手段を取付けるプレート部材
を用紙搬送路を支持するフレームに対して緩衝手
段を介して支持させ、装置本体の振動等による影
響を受けることがないように構成したことを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の用紙
の重送検知装置。 (3) 検知部で用紙を押圧する揺動アームの支持
軸に対して、用紙の押圧部を下流側に設定し、前
記支持軸と押圧部との横方向の間隔と縦方向の間
隔の比を0.5以下に設定することを特徴とする
