【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) この考案は電磁鋼板スリツトコイルの簡易梱包
構造に関するものである。

(従来技術) 周知の如く、例えば一方向性電磁鋼板の表面に
は電気絶縁皮膜が形成されている。この一方向性
電磁鋼板を出荷するにさいしては、需要家の要求
幅に応じてスリツトし、これをコイルに巻取つた
スリツトコイルを防錆紙にて梱包し、端面を当接
して横型又は竪型に重層し、この重層スリツトコ
イルを防水紙、金属板等により厳重に包装をおこ
なつたのち、フープ又は木枠で結束して出荷して
いるのが現状であつた。

皮膜により所定の防錆機能を有しているが、スリ
ツトされた端面が裸のために全く防錆機能を有し
ておらず、主としてこの端面防錆のために従来か
ら重梱包が行われていたのである。

(考案の構成、作用) 上記鉄鋼メーカーにおいてスリツトコイルの端
面に塗布形成された防錆性絶縁皮膜は、塗布後か
ら需要家でトランスに組み立てるまでの間、錆の
発生を防止すると共に、トランスに組立後の端面
での短絡防止の作用をもつのである。更に、この
防錆性絶縁皮膜の備えるべき望ましい機能として
は、スリツトコイルの端面に塗布形成された防錆
性絶縁皮膜がスリツトコイルの層間深くまで浸透
しないこと、需要家においてスリツトコイルを巻
戻すにさいして皮膜が各層間から分離して平板状
態でのエツジ面に確実に皮膜を存在せし得ること
である。この様な機能を満足する防錆性絶縁皮膜
としては、例えば特公昭52−13183号で提案され
ているものが好適である。
