リングの弾撥力を前記第1スプリングより弱く設
定し、該芯タンクの後部に軸筒後端より突出する
ようノツクを配置してなる構造が知られている。

要以上に突出していて新たにノツクを施して芯出
長さを調節しなければならないという不具合があ
る。

成を付加することで不使用状態ではチヤツクを開
放させ、これによつて使用状態となす際の芯の繰
り出しを防止するようなしたものが知られている
が、この構造でも、不使用状態においてチヤツク
を開放させていることから外部から衝撃が加つた
場合でのチヤツクの喰い込みによる芯折損を防止
できるという別の効果を奏するものの、不使用状
態となす際の芯の繰り出しは従来通りであつて、
芯の繰り出される頻度は半減できるものの根本的
な問題の解決には至つていない。

ら不意に衝撃が加つた場合にチヤツクが必要以上
に芯に喰い込むことでの芯折損を防止することを
第2の目的とするものである。

軸筒1後部に螺着可能な後金5で挾着してなるも
のを示したが、周知の他の固定方法を採用しても
よい。クリツプ3は前部に形成された挾持用突部
6を前記スリツト2の前端部に位置するものであ
つて、該突部6は後述する筒体9の係合部16が
係合可能な凹所7を有している。8は前記軸筒1
内に後述する第2スプリングS2の弾撥力より弱い
第1スプリングS1で後方に付勢し収納される筆記
体であつて、該筆記体8は、筒体9、該筒体9の
前部に螺着された芯パイプ10、芯戻り止め11
を有する先体12、筒体9内にあつてチヤツクリ
ング13を外嵌し第2スプリングS2で後方に付勢
される芯タンク14に連結されるチヤツク15よ
り構成される周知のノツク式シヤープペンシル機
構である。16は筒体9の後部に形成された係合
部であつて、該係合部16は前記スリツト2内に
その一部を軸筒1外面より突出して摺動自在に配
置されている。17は芯タンク14の後部にリン
グを固定することで形成した係止部であるが、芯
タンク14と一体に鍔を形成しこれをもつて係止
部17としてもよい。本考案では筆記体8を後方
に付勢する第1スプリングS1の弾撥力をチヤツク
15並びに芯タンク14を後方に付勢する第2ス
プリングより弱く設定しているから、第1図に示
す不使用状態では、前記係合部16はスリツト2
の後端と〓間をもつて位置し、係合部17は後金
5の前端に当接して位置している。18は軸筒1
の後端より突出して芯タンク14の後部に嵌合さ
れたノツクであり、19は消しゴムである。

されることになるから、長期に不使用状態となす
場合でもチヤツク15が除々に芯Lに喰い込むこ
とで芯Lの表面に傷をつけることも防止できるも
のである。
