Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は製図の時に使用する製図用印鑑に関す
るものである。

製図を描く場合製図規格により定められた寸法
形状の部品がかなりある。例えば、六角ボルト、
ナツト、六角穴付ボルト、丸小ネジ等のねじ部品
がその代表的なものである。これらの部品を製図
するに当り寸法、形状が定められている為、現在
ではテンプレートと呼ばれるプラスチツクの板に
部品形状に見合つた溝が設けられたものを使用
し、その溝に鉛筆を添わせて作図する事が多い。
しかしながらこの作業も非常に煩わしく、又テン
プレートは溝を設けて部品形状を表わしている
為、その構造上一度にすべての線を描けない部分
がかなりある。これらの問題を解決する方法とし
て印鑑による方法が考えられるが、類似する従来
のものでは以下説明する点において実用上弊害が
ある。実開昭48−3212号のものはピンがバネによ
り常に露出する方向に押されている。又、実開昭
48−19960号のものは位置決めの際に多少の力を
ピンに与える事が出来るようにピンにバネ等を設
けてある。これら従来の構造のものではスタンプ
台でインクを付ける時、第3図に示すようにピン
の周りのスタンプ台8の表面は、ピン7に押され
て凹となるためピン7に近い押印部3の部分にイ
ンクが付着しなくなり、押印出来なくなる。もし
スタンプ台8の表面が凹まない程度のバネの力に
すると、押印しようと思う中心にピン7を刺す実
用的な力が足りなくなる。又、スタンプ台の表面
を穴をあけてしまい破損させてしまう等弊害があ
る。

は針状になつている。そして位置決め用ピン4は
製図用印鑑本体1、摩擦片6押印部受け2、押印
部3の中央を貫通し、軸方向に自重によつて出没
自在に動くように納められている。従つて位置決
め用ピン4が貫通する製図用印鑑本体1、押印部
受け2の穴は位置決め用ピン4の径よりわずかに
大きく、押印部3、摩擦片6の穴はさらに大きく
出来ている。又、位置決め用ピン4にはリング状
のストツパー5が固着されている。ストツパー5
は押印部受け2の押印部3の逆面付近に固着さ
れ、位置決め用ピン4が製図用印鑑本体1からの
抜け防止のため製図用印鑑本体1の中空部に納め
られている。位置決め用ピン4の先端が最大に露
出した状態は、製図用印鑑本体1の斜め上方より
目視した時、先端が見える位、押印部3より露出
している。次に製図用印鑑本体1には軸方向に直
角で中心貫通する穴があり、その穴に摩擦片6を
摺動自在に差し込んである。摩擦片6は円筒状に
なつており、摩擦片6の中央には摺動方向に直角
で中心に貫通する穴があいている。この穴の径は
前に説明したように位置決め用ピン4より大き
い。そして摩擦片6の穴に位置決め用ピン4が通
されている。

あるので位置決め用ピン4でスタンプ台8を押す
事なく、確実にインクを付ける事が出来る。又、
スタンプ台8に穴をあけ破損させる事がない。更
に押印する時位置決め用ピン4を制動出来るので
確実な力を位置決め用ピン4に与えられるので位
置決め用ピン4がずれる事がなく正確に押印出来
る実用性の高い製図用印鑑である。
