Claims (1)
- 回転しない円筒の外周にネジ溝を形成し、その
外周に一定空〓を設けてモータ軸に直結された円
筒状のロータを挿入し、該ロータの外周に一定空
〓を設けて内周にネジ溝を形成した円筒を挿入し
、前記ロータの内・外周とネジ溝により、空気を
排気するネジ溝形真空ポンプにおいて、前記円筒
状ロータ上部に垂直または任意の角度をなした遠
心管挿入穴を設けたことを特徴とした遠心分離ロ
ータ付ネジ溝形真空ポンプ。
