As shown in Figure 4, the conventional small clothes dryer
A heater 25 and a blower 6 are provided on the lower side, and the heated air passes through the air outlet along the arrow, is diffused by the drip-proof plate 26, and then passes between the items to be dried hung on the hanger, and then passes through the lid 30. The structure is such that hot air flows out of the main body 1 from the exhaust port 32 of the main body 1, and in order to make it easier for the hot air to pass between the items to be dried, it is necessary to widen the space between each hanger. The size of the drying device must be large, and therefore the installation location is limited, and the hot air simply passes along the surface of the object to be dried, without passing through the object. It had the disadvantage of poor drying efficiency because it was exhausted outside the aircraft.

In conventional hot air dryers, the hot air only hits the surface of the material to be dried, so the proportion of hot air that contributes to evaporating the moisture in the material is low, and most of the hot air is directed toward the body of the machine. The drying efficiency was very poor because the air was exhausted outside, and when an attempt was made to improve this by narrowing the distance between the hangers, there was a problem that the areas in contact with the items to be dried would not dry.

Here, looking at the internal arrangement and air flow from the lower case to the upper case of this embodiment, first, after turning on the time switch 13, the air intake port 8 formed on the lower side of the lower case 2 The air passing through the filter 9 is taken in from the suction port 5 in the center along the sound absorbing material B11 from below the blower 6 above it, and an upward blowing force is applied thereto. The airflow passes through a ventilation hole (not shown) in the partition plate 24 and is directed to the heater 2 provided at the upper center of the blower 6.
5, where it is heated and becomes hot air, and the buoyancy due to the temperature difference caused by the heating is added to the rising airflow of the blower 6, and the hot air is further accelerated and rises. Next, in order to apply hot air to the entire object to be dried in the drying chamber 36, the hot air is diffused by the drip-proof plate 26, which has the function of a diffusion plate that diffuses the hot air in all directions and guides it upward, and the hot air is passed through the net 29. flows upward from the entire bottom surface of the material to be dried. The hot air containing moisture that has passed through the object to be dried is directly discharged from the main body 1 by the upward force through the exhaust port provided in the lid 30 of the upper case 3 without being subjected to any load. The net, which is the surface on which the objects to be dried are placed and the surface through which warm air blows, in the drying chamber 36 has a spherical shape that protrudes toward the upper case side, and is high in the center and gradually increases toward the ends. Since the lower partition wall 38 is provided, the mounting area, which is the surface through which warm air blows, is expanded, and the space between the drying material and the net is wide in the center, and gradually narrows at the ends. The objects to be dried are less likely to block the hot air blowing surface, and hot air is prevented from leaking from the ends. In other words, hot air is prevented from reaching the exhaust port 32 of the lid 30 without passing through the object to be dried.

As described above, according to this invention, the drip-proof plate, which is shaped like a bowl and is placed on top of the heater with the concave part facing downward, diffuses the hot air that has passed through the heater in all directions and guides it upward. A net is installed with a gap above the drip-proof plate with its concave portion facing downwards, and serves as a mounting table for items to be dried, and extends radially from the center to the side of the net on which the items to be dried are placed. The height of the plurality of partition walls is high at the center and gradually decreases toward the ends, so that the area on which the materials to be dried, which is the surface through which warm air blows, is widened, and The objects to be dried are less likely to block the hot air blowing surface, and the hot air is prevented from leaking from the ends, allowing a stable supply of hot air and making effective use of the drying space.

In addition, by using a blower that generates compressed air that is greater than the air resistance of the object to be dried, hot air can be forced to pass through the entire object to be dried, allowing for efficient drying in a short time. Since dry items can be folded and stored, the main body can be made smaller, making it extremely practical as it saves space and is easy to use.
