給水導入路と導出路とを結ぶ給水装置用の立上が
り管を二重管構造に機構設計し、第2図のように

れている内部管2の中間層部に永久磁石4を挿入
配列し、さらに内部管の表面外装の全面に遠赤外
線放射塗料を塗布することにより管内を通過する
被処理水を磁気と遠赤外線放射エネルギーの相乗
効果によつて活性化させ、同一の管水経路内部の
赤錆やスケールの除去と再付着防止を行うことを
