【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
この考案は、非直線抵抗体を積層した避雷器に

第2図に非直線抵抗体を用いた従来の避雷器を
示す。

磁器等からなる絶縁容器2の底に、底蓋4bが
取り付けられ、その上に非直線抵抗体素子1が積
層されている。非直線抵抗体素子1の上部には圧
着用バネ3が設けられ、上蓋4aによつて押圧さ
れている。上蓋4aの封入口9からはN2ガスが
封入され、非直線抵抗体素子1の沿面耐圧特性を
向上させている。なお、絶縁容器2の内部を気密
保持するために上蓋4a・底蓋4bにはOリング

圧が印加されると、非直線抵抗体素子が破壊され
る。そして、その爆風および破片によつて、さら
に磁器等の絶縁容器が破壊飛散し、周辺設備機器
等に被害を及ぼすおそれがあつた。

この考案に係る避雷器は、積層された非直線抵

士の間〓に封入部材が侵入することを防いでい

バネ3の押圧力により、上蓋4aと下蓋4bとの
間に固定される。上蓋4aの封入口9から、十分
に混合脱気されたシリコン樹脂72(例えば、信
越化学(株)製、KE−1206、KE−66など)を、真空
常圧または加圧下で注入し、硬化させる。封入部
材としてのシリコン樹脂は、常温で硬化するもの
を用いるほうが作業の簡素化を図る点で好まし
い。
