[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a novel cleaning composition. More specifically, N-acylglutamate and 2-amino-2-methylpropanol salt of fatty acid (hereinafter referred to as
The purpose of cleaning compositions containing AMP salts is to be highly safe,
It is an object of the present invention to provide a detergent composition that is mild to the skin, hair, and has excellent detergency and foaming power. [Prior Art] Conventionally, various surfactants have been used as the main base of various detergents, but among them, N-acylglutamate is less irritating and gentle to the skin and hair; It has been widely used because its liquid is slightly acidic, the same as the pH of the skin. [Problems to be Solved and Used by the Invention] However, N-acylglutamic acid salts are somewhat insufficient in cleaning power and foaming power against excessive oil stains, and improvement thereof has been desired. The present inventors have discovered that by combining N-acylglutamate and an AMP salt of a fatty acid, the detergency and foaming power can be improved without reducing the advantages of the N-acylglutamate, The present invention has now been completed. [Means for Solving the Problems] That is, the present invention contains an N-acyl glutamate and an AMP salt of a fatty acid, and the weight ratio of the N-acyl glutamate to the AMP salt of a fatty acid is 3/1 to 3/1. 1/1. The acyl group of the N-acylglutamate used in the present invention includes fatty acid residues having 8 to 22 carbon atoms, such as single fatty acid acyl groups such as lauroyl, myristoyl, stearoyl, and oleoyl, as well as coconut oil fatty acid acyl groups. , mixed fatty acid acyl such as hardened beef tallow fatty acid acyl is used, and as a salt,
Salts of lithium, sodium, potassium, ammonium, basic amino acids, etc. are selected as appropriate. In the present invention, one or more of these may be arbitrarily selected and used. The other component, fatty acid AMP salt, includes fatty acids with 8 to 22 carbon atoms, such as single fatty acids such as lauric acid, palmitic acid, isostearic acid, and oleic acid, as well as coconut oil fatty acids, beef tallow fatty acids, etc. AMP salts of mixed fatty acids are used. Among the weak base salts, 2-amino-2-methylpropanol salt is preferred because it causes less browning due to heat history. In the present invention, one or more of these AMP salts of fatty acids are selected and used. The blending ratio of N-acyl glutamate and fatty acid AMP salt is usually 3/1 to 3/1 by weight.
Excellent synergistic effects are observed within the range of 1/1. The total blending amount of both varies depending on the formulation of the intended cleaning agent, but in general, it is a liquid cleaning agent, and 3 to 3% of the composition is
30% by weight, 15-70% by weight for pasty detergents, and 70-95% by weight for solid detergents. The cleaning composition of the present invention may contain other surfactants, such as POE alkyl sulfate salts, N
- Anionic surfactants such as acyl sarcosine salts, N-acyl-N-methyltauric acid, phosphate ester salts, sulfosuccinates, α-olefin sulfonates, higher fatty acid ester sulfonates, fatty acid soaps, alkanolamides, A nonionic surfactant such as POE alkyl ether, an amphoteric surfactant such as imidazoline type or betaine type can be included. Furthermore, other additives include pullulan, carboxymethylcellulose, carboxyvinyl polymer, cationic polymer, and silicic acid.
Water-soluble polymers such as AlMg, polyhydric alcohols, PCA
-Contain moisturizers such as Na, hyaluronic acid, and POE alkyl glucoside ether, natural extracts such as lecithin, saponin, aloe, and armello, electrolytes such as NaCl, KCl, citric acid, and malic acid, fragrances, coloring agents, etc. I can do it. [Effects of the Invention] The effects of the present invention will be specifically explained below using test examples. Test Example 1 Liquid detergent composition N-cocoylglutamic acid monosodium salt AMP salt of lauric acid *Total 15% by weight Dynamite glycerin 5 Ion exchange water Remaining *AMP: 2-amino-2-methylpropanol In the above composition, N- Acyl glutamate and
The detergency was measured by changing the blending ratio of fatty acid AMP salt. (Cleaning power measurement conditions) A plastic film coated with artificial dirt prepared from oil and carbon black was used as 0.2% of the sample.
After immersing in Solution 1 and stirring at a constant speed at 30°C, the removal rate of artificial stains was measured using a color difference meter, and the stain removal rate was calculated.
