[Prior Art] The futon washing device described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 15359/1980 firstly inserts the futon, whose surface has been washed by a surface cleaning device, into a centrifuge and rotates it while injecting a detergent solution. The rinsing water injection process, the dehydration process, and the fabric softener injection process are carried out in sequence for a predetermined period of time, and then the futon is taken out of the centrifuge and carried into a drying device, where it is dried by introducing warm air. The dried futon is placed in a restoring machine and rotated while blowing high-temperature air to restore the futon cotton.

Furthermore, the method described in JP-A No. 59-101196 has an upper path and a lower path using a plurality of drive rollers, and while the futon is inverted and moved from the upper path to the lower path, there is a means for spraying the cleaning liquid. Cleaning is performed using pressure water spray means, vibration means, etc.

Furthermore, the futon described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-203295 moves and inverts the futon using a moving build, a presser belt, a reversing belt, etc., and cleaning is performed using a rotating brush.

The above-mentioned one described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 15359/1986 is excellent in that the futon can be washed completely, but since water flows from one side of the futon to the other, dirt on one side can seep into the inside of the futon. Put it away. Thoroughly washing the seeped dirt in this way requires an extremely large amount of water, and since a large amount of water is contained inside, an enormous amount of heat is required to dry it. There are other problems.

In addition, the method described in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 59-101196 cleans by spraying or vibrating the cleaning liquid or pressure water, so not only is it not possible to clean the futon sufficiently, but the cleaning liquid and water also penetrate into the futon. Resulting in.

Furthermore, in the method described in JP-A-60-203295, a nozzle is provided next to a rotating brush, and the agent sprayed from this nozzle is applied to the top surface of the futon and then rubbed with the brush. There is a risk that the cleaning solution soaked into the futon.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, this invention provides an upper path and a lower path, and these upper and lower paths are equipped with a washing means for washing one side of the lower part of the futon using a rotating brush roll with washing liquid and a water jet. In the continuous futon washing machine, the above-mentioned upper path and lower path are gently undulated up and down, and the above-mentioned rotating brush is arranged so as to come into contact with the lower surface of the downwardly protruding portion of the futon that moves along the undulating path. The lower half of this rotating brush was immersed in a cleaning solution in a tank with an open top so that the cleaning solution adhered to the rotating brush, and one side of the futon that had been washed by the above-mentioned washing method was soaked with clean water. Rinsing means for rinsing with a rotating brush and water jet are arranged in sequence, and vacuum suction means for sucking out moisture contained in the futon are provided at the positions next to the washing means and the rinsing means, respectively.

Since this invention has the above configuration, the futon supplied to the upper path gently undulates up and down.
On the washing means, a detergent, a rotating brush roll, and a water jet are used to wash the futon, and then a vacuum suction means is used to suck up the dirty detergent liquid contained on the underside of the comforter.

In this invention, after washing the futon with a rotating brush roll, detergent and water jet as described above, vacuum suction is immediately applied, and in the case of rinsing, the detergent and rinse water are vacuum suctioned immediately after rinsing. The outer fabric and cotton surface of the futon can be washed with a small amount of detergent and clean water, making it possible to wash the futon completely economically. The cleaning solution is thoroughly applied to the rotating brush and rubbed on the futon.By undulating the futon and rubbing the downward protrusion of the futon, the surface structure of the futon is opened. The rotating brush, which is sufficiently coated with the cleaning liquid, can be brought into contact with the area that has been washed, and the cleaning liquid can be sufficiently rubbed onto the tissue of the futon, thereby increasing the cleaning effect. Furthermore, by bringing the rotating brush with the cleaning liquid adhering into contact with the underside of the futon, the dirty cleaning liquid is quickly discharged, so there is no risk of it seeping into the futon. Therefore, since the moisture content after washing is low, drying can be done with less heat in the subsequent drying process, and since it is a continuous process, the futons can be fed one after another while the operation continues, resulting in efficient washing. There is.
