ているのが現状である。また、ビル、船舶、化学
工場等においても、電灯による照明ができない場

に回動することで閉操作されるバルブにおいて、
前記操作ハンドル１０の円形部分１４の表面上
に、バルブの開方向、閉方向の夫々を指示する矢
印１６，１７と、開方向を指示する矢印１６の矢
示方向前方に位置する開表示１８と、閉方向を指
示する矢印１７の矢示方向前方に位置する閉表示
１９とを螢光塗料を塗着することで形成すると共
に、ハンドル部分１５の表面上にも該ハンドル部
分１５に沿つて螢光塗料を塗着して成る点にあ

（考案の効果）
本考案によれば、操作ハンドル１０の円形部分

と、閉方向を指示する矢印１７の矢示方向前方に
位置する閉表示１８とを螢光塗料を塗着すること
で形成したので、暗い場所に設備されたバルブは
勿論のこと、電気による照明ができない場所に設
備されたバルブの夜間の点検等において、操作ハ
ンドル１０がバルブの全開位置と全閉位置との中
間に位置する場合に、懐中電灯で操作ハンドル１
０に光を当てることで、矢印１６，１７及び開閉
表示１８，１９がくつきりと浮き上がるように明
示されてバルブの開閉操作の誤操作を防止でき、
しかも、ハンドル部分１５の表面上にも該ハンド
ル部分１５に沿つて螢光塗料を塗着してあるの
で、ハンドル部分１５の向きが明確に見分けら
