本考案は動力噴霧機における加圧運転時の空気
吸引トラブルの解消を目的とした調圧弁の新規な

動力噴霧機の調圧弁は、加圧運転時に何かのは
ずみで吸水口が水中より出てそこから空気を吸入

中に入れた時、送液しなくなる。この時は調圧弁
のレリーズレバーを上げてベロー9の押圧力を弱
めることにより弁体を弁座から離れ易くし、空気
を吸引通過させてからレリーズレバーを下げてベ
ロー9の押圧力を復帰させるのが一般的であつ
た。本考案はこのような操作を不要とするもの
で、その構造上の特徴は、吐出弁室と余水室との
間に設けた調圧弁に連通小穴を形成した点にあ

動力噴霧機はシリンダー1の前方へ吸入弁2及
び吸入口3を備え、上部には吐出弁4を備えた吐
出弁室5とその吐出口6がある。吐出弁室5上部
に位置するよう調圧弁7が設けられており、その
余水室8を備えている。余水室8と吐出弁室5と
の間に調圧弁7が設けられているのである。調圧
弁7は弁体10と弁座となるバルブシート11と
からなるもので、弁体10はベロー9によつて弾
支され、更にばね(図示せず)で押圧されてい
る。流量と圧力にふさわしいところで弁体10と
弁座側に隙間ができて設定圧に調圧し、余水が余

て、本考案では連通小穴13を形成したのであ
る。連通小穴13はバルブシート11に設けられ
ている。連通小穴13は他に例えば弁体10に設
けるとか、吐出弁室5と余水室8との間の隔壁に
設けるとか、更に、弁座バルブシート11の穴へ
条溝を設けて代用することもできるが、バルブシ
ート11にこのように設けるのが最も好ましい。
その際、連通小穴13は吐出弁室5側から余水室
8側に開くテーパー穴であると詰まり難い。連通
小穴13の最適な穴径はポンプの大きさとか、液
の流量によつて異なるが、概ね0.3mm〜3mmであ
り、好ましくは0.5〜2mmである。0.3mmより小さ
いと圧力低下は小さいが穴が詰まり易く、吸水時
間が長くなり、本来の目的が達成できない。ま
た、3mmを越えると、穴の詰まりがなくなり、吸
水時間が短くなるが、圧力低下が大きくなつてポ
