- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内部導体の外周面にセラミツクスにより厚
さ３〜５０μｍの絶縁被覆層を形成し、その絶縁
被覆層の外周に導電性細線の編組体でなる外部導
体を被覆してなる複合電線。 (2) セラミツクスがＳｉＯ２を主成分としたも
のである請求項１に記載の複合電線。 (3) 導電性細線が銅線である請求項１に記載の
複合電線。 (4) 内部導体が複数本であつて、これらに共通
の外部導体を被覆した請求項１，２又は３に記載
の複合電線。
