Generally speaking, movable seats are made by connecting and combining multiple single seats with deck heights increasing sequentially starting from the front row. When in use, these seats are extended and arranged in a stair-like manner. When not in use, the front seats are moved to the rear seats. A storage room in which all the individual spectator seats are sequentially stored in the single unit at the rear so that they form a shelf-like appearance, and in this state, they are attached to the wall or formed inside the wall. Usually, the structure is such that it expands the space above the floor by enclosing it in the space.

These movable seats are equipped with multiple seats per deck, and when in use, each seat has a trolley with wheels to carry the weight of a large number of spectators and the structure that supports them. Normally, it is moved forward or backward depending on the direction.
In order to stably support the stand alone, this trolley generally has a frame as its main body and is usually equipped with at least one wheel at each end of the frame.

The movable seats that extend and contract in this way are each supported by a wheel, and the rolling of these wheels allows for smooth movement. During use, the axle may fall off or break and the wheel may come off, and if you extend or retract the bleachers without noticing this, the frame may fall and cause damage to the floor surface, or the wheel may fall off during use. There was a risk that the deck would tilt due to the weight of the audience, causing unforeseen confusion.

This invention is designed to prevent damage to the wheels of such trolleys.
This system was devised to improve this problem in view of the dangers caused by falling off, etc. The frames of the trolleys of the front and rear individual seats are connected to each other with connecting fittings so that the frames of the trolleys can slide freely, and the wheels of one of the trolleys are If the deck falls off, etc., it is held by the other truck via the connecting metal fittings to avoid tilting of the truck, preventing contact with the floor surface or tilting of the deck, and also by connecting with the connecting metal fittings. To provide a movable bleacher seat which is made solid by improving the integrity and interlocking of the front and rear bleachers, and which allows smooth expansion and contraction operations.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the main parts of the present invention, in which 1 is the frame of the truck, 2 is the wheels installed on the lower surface of both the front and rear ends of the truck, and 3 is the support column raised from the upper surface of the rear end of the frame. Reference numeral 4 denotes a connecting fitting fixed by welding to the front end of the frame. Note that although the drawing shows one carriage portion of the stand alone that constitutes the movable stand, the other part is completely the same, so illustration and description thereof will be omitted.

The connecting fitting 4 fixed to the front end of the truck frame mainly has a flat mounting plate 4a large enough to cover the end of the frame 1, and has a T-shaped engagement claw 4b at the tip from one side thereof. The engaging piece 4c is extended inwardly by welding the mounting plate portion 4a to the end of the frame,
While pushing the engagement claw 4b at the tip into the opening 5 of the adjacent frame 1, the upper and lower edges 5 of this opening 5
a, 5a are engaged with the neck portion of the engaging pawl 4b so that it can freely slide in the length direction of the opening 5 using this edge as a guide.

The present invention is constructed as described above, and each single trolley frame rolls the wheels 2 provided at the front and rear during normal movement operations, that is, during forward operation when in use and backward storage operation when not in use. The robot moves forward and backward on the floor, and during this time the connecting fittings 4 are slid along the openings 5 to ensure mutual connection at all times.

If a wheel falls off due to damage or falling off during this moving operation or during use, in other words, if a wheel is missing as shown in Figure 1, conventionally, the trolley frame The end of the deck may fall down and cause damage to the floor due to the bearings or the frame hitting the floor directly, and when in use, the entire deck may tilt due to the tilt of the trolley frame, making it difficult for spectators. However, with this invention, it is always connected to the adjacent frame using the connecting metal fittings, which prevents it from falling, so it can be prevented from falling if the floor is damaged or the deck tilts. It is possible to effectively avoid such dangers.

In addition, when the present invention moves by extension or contraction, the moving frame is guided by the adjacent frame that stops movement via the connecting fittings, which prevents it from wobbling in the left-right direction and allows it to move correctly in the front-back direction. , which has the advantage of being able to accurately extend and retract each individual seat.

In the above embodiments, the connecting fittings are provided at the front end of the truck frame, but they may also be provided at the rear end of the frame. In this case, the connecting fitting 4 is attached to the rear end of the truck frame located on the inside, that is, the front truck frame, with the engaging claw 4b facing outward, and An opening 5 is formed in the inner side surface of the truck frame along the length direction, and the opening 5 is engaged with the opening 5. Of course, in this case, it goes without saying that the same effects as those of the previous embodiment can be expected.
