For example, when constructing a vast roof such as a Budokan,
A method of constructing a metal roof by forming a relatively thick metal plate such as a copper plate or a galvanized iron plate into a parallelogram-shaped roof plate, particularly a large rhombus-shaped roof plate, and joining a large number of these plates has become popular. A conventional roof plate has a structure as shown in FIG. 8, with upward seams 8,
8, and downward facing seams 9, 9 are formed by bending them on the lower two sides, respectively, and the roof is installed with the downward facing seams 9, 9 facing downward, toward the eaves. As shown in Figures 8 to 9, the roofing method is to connect the downward facing seams 9, 9 of the roof plates 7B, 7D to the upward facing seams 8, 8 above the roof plate 7C located at the lowest position. Then, as shown in FIG. 9, the roof panels 7B and 7D are joined together with the downward panels 9 and 9 of the topmost roof panel 7A, so that the entire roof is successively roofed. I will do it. Further, the roof sheet 10 shown in FIG. 12 is made by partially bending the downwardly bent intersecting corner portions of the diamond-shaped roof sheet downward as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 13.
This was installed using the same method as above.

When installing the roof as shown in Fig. 9 using the diamond-shaped roof plates, the top roof plate 7A and the uppermost roof plate 7A are placed at the central corner where each roof plate joins to overlap the bent seams. The first roof plate is located between 7C of the lowest roof plate.
As shown in FIG. 1, a step t corresponding to the thickness of five plates is generated. For this reason, in the conventional roof plate, as shown in the cross-sectional views of FIGS. 11 and 13, the corners of the roof plate located at the top are bent downward to form the upper surface of the roof plate located at the bottom. This method prevents wind and rain from entering the roof base material through the gap created by the step t, but with this method, the board is thick and the gap, which is equivalent to the thickness of five sheets, is completely blocked. It was difficult to do so, and there was a risk that the roof sheets would lift up due to wind pressure, causing waves, etc., or causing rain leaks.

The present invention was created with the aim of solving the above-mentioned problems and providing a roof sheeting that can improve the windproof and waterproof effects by closing the gaps that occur at the joints. , in a parallelogram-shaped roof plate that is installed with the diagonal line facing the vertical and horizontal directions of the roof slope, the upper two sides of the diagonal line that points in the horizontal direction when roofing is installed have an upward bevel, and the lower two sides have an upward bevel. At the same time, each downward facing seam is bent and formed, and a rectangular windshield board is installed vertically at the intersecting corner of both downward facing seams to close the gap created by the level difference with the top surface of the lower roof plate, and the lower part of the windshield board is A roof plate that is in contact with the upper surface of the lower roof plate. It is configured as follows.

According to the roof plate having the above configuration, a windshield plate having a height corresponding to the step created at the joint is vertically installed at the corner where the downward facing seams intersect, and is brought into contact with the upper surface of the opposing roof plate. By doing so, the gap caused by the step can be closed.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan development view of a rhombic roof plate according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the roof plate with the seam portion bent. In Fig. 1, a roof plate 1 is a metal plate made of copper or galvanized iron plate, etc., and halves 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B of required dimensions are formed on its four edges, and halves 3A, 3B intersect. Windshield plates 4A, 4B are formed on both sides of the corner portions adjacent to the bevel portions 3A, 3B. The width (height) and length of the windshield plates 4A, 4B are set to a size necessary to close a step (gap) corresponding to the thickness of the roof plates 1 that occurs when the roof plates 1 are joined together. As shown in Fig. 2, the roof plate 1 formed in this way is arranged so that the halves 2A and 2B on the right side of the figure (upward when the windshield plate is directed toward the eaves) are directed upward, with the short side of the diagonal as the border. At the same time as bending to
A and 3B are bent downward. Also,
Windshield plates 4A, 4 provided on the left side seam 3A, 3B side
B is bent downward substantially vertically.

As shown in FIG. 3, the roof sheet 1 constructed as described above has a seam portion 3A bent with its diagonal direction facing the vertical and horizontal directions of the roof slope, that is, downwardly bent.
3B and the windshield plates 4A and 4B are arranged and installed so that they are facing downward and toward the eaves. The roofing method is similar to the conventional example shown in FIGS. 8 and 9. That is, for example, four roof panels 1A, 1
When installing B, 1C, and 1D as shown in Figure 3,
Roof plate 1C is located at the bottom, and this roof plate 1C
The downwardly directed seams 3A, 3B (see FIG. 2) of the roof panels 1B, 1D are joined to the upwardly bent seams 2A, 2B (see FIG. 2), respectively. At this time, the roof panels 1B and 1D on both sides are joined together while being shifted slightly diagonally downward from the upper corner of the roof panel 1C. Next, the downward seams 3A and 3B of the roof sheet 1A, which are located at the top with respect to the upward seams 2A and 2B of the roof sheets 1B and 1D, respectively.
(See Figure 2) are combined, and the windshield plates 4A and 4B are placed slightly below the center where the three previously combined roof plates 1B, 1C, and 1D intersect, and above the lowest roof plate 1C. The roofs are installed so that they touch each other.

When the roof is installed in this way, there is a gap between the roof plate 1C located at the bottom and the roof plate 1A located at the top.
Since the bent seams overlap and bond with each other, a step (gap) t corresponding to the thickness of five sheets as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 5 is created. Windshield plate 4A, 4
B is set to have a height corresponding to this step t, and comes into contact with the upper surface of the lowest roof plate 1C to close the step (gap) t, as shown in FIG.

In addition to the above shape, the windshield plate may have a structure as shown in FIG. 6. That is, the acute angle part where the downward seam of the roof plate 5A intersects is cut right horizontally at a point of the required dimension, and the above-mentioned step (gap) t
The windshield plate 6 is formed by vertically bending downward from a point with dimensions corresponding to , and is brought into contact with the lowest roof plate 5C. As a result, the step t is closed and wind and rain are prevented from entering. (See Figure 7) [Effects of the invention] As is clear from the above explanation, the roofing sheet of the present invention does not require major design changes to conventional roofing sheets or a considerable increase in the number of processing steps. Since a windshield plate can be attached without any need for a windshield, an inexpensive roof sheet can be provided. In addition, the windshield increases the degree of closure of the gaps created at the joints of the respective roof sheets, thereby preventing wind and rain from entering the roof base material.
As a result, lifting of the roof sheet, waving, etc., rain leakage, corrosion of the roof base material, etc. can be prevented, and the durability of the roof sheet can also be improved. Furthermore, on the completed roof, the windshield panels will have an orderly decorative pattern, which will enhance the design effect.
