(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the former earth retaining fence a, the gutter c located at the top step was formed so as to be bent toward the foot of the slope. c, it was almost impossible to collect and drain even the percolated portion of surface water (percolated water near the slope surface), which caused problems in terms of slope protection. On the other hand, in the case of the latter earth retention fence e, it is possible to collect and drain surface water through the L-shaped gutter part i, so it can be said that the problem with the former has been solved for the time being. , Sediment is deposited in the L-shaped gutter part i due to the sediment flow flowing down the slope during rainfall, and the L-shaped gutter part i loses its original function, causing surface water to flow into the L-shaped gutter part. There was a problem that the slope surface was eroded by the mud flowing down over the earth's surface, and there was an inconvenience in which the maintenance of the earth retaining fence had to be carefully maintained, and there was room for improvement.

Next, an example of how to construct a retaining fence using the retaining fence 1 of the present invention will be explained based on FIGS. 2 to 5. In other words, the inflow gap g1 of each gutter portion 6 is arranged so that the earth retaining fence 1 is arranged along the piles 12, which are arranged so as to slope downward from the shoulder of the slope to the foot of the slope. The desired earth retaining fence 13 is constructed by burying it so that it is open on the 4th side. At this time, the surface water gutter section 3 located at the top level is exposed at the ground surface so that its lower outer surface 15 is in contact with the slope 16, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. (Note that the slope shoulder side portion 14 of the surface water gutter 3 in this state will become covered with earth and sand as time passes, as shown by the dashed line 18 in Fig. 2). Due to unevenness of the slope 16 due to construction reasons, etc., part or all of the surface water gutter 3 is buried underground (see Figure 3. In the figure, the slope 16 is buried underground). In this state, an effective collection and drainage space including the inflow gap g2 is formed. The surface water and the seepage water near the ground surface are efficiently collected into the collection and drainage space through the inflow gap g2, and are smoothly drained.

In addition, since the required height of the earth retention varies depending on the soil quality, slope slope, water content in the soil, etc., as shown in FIG. (For example, the above-mentioned Jitsugan 51-
10104, which is configured in the same way) 1a is connected. In order to prevent soil particles from entering the gutter, it is preferable to attach a suitable filter material such as a corrosion-resistant net fabric to the inflow gap of the gutter of the earth retaining fence.

In the earth retaining fence constructed as described above, since the inflow gap of each gutter section opens on the slope shoulder 4 side, the water in the soil is efficiently collected by the gutter section 6, and the surface water and ground water are The seepage water near the surface is efficiently collected by the surface water gutter section 3, flows through each gutter section 6, 3, and is smoothly discharged into the drainage channel 19 shown in FIGS. 4-5. Moreover, the inflow gap g2 of the gutter portion 3
Since it opens downward, the intrusion of soil particles into the gutter section 3 is prevented as much as possible. In particular, as shown in this embodiment, when the protrusions 7 are provided on the outer surface of the gutter section 3, it is possible to improve the strength of the gutter section and to make water collection in the soil more efficient. Uru et al.
Infiltration of soil particles into the gutter can be prevented as much as possible.

Second Embodiment FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the earth retaining fence body 1 of the present invention, which differs from the previous embodiment in that all the fence plate parts 5 of the fence bodies 1 are shaped like vertical plates. The earth retaining fence 1 has a configuration in which gutter portions 6 are attached in multiple stages at required intervals on the front side (for example, the shoulder side) of a vertical plate as a single plate.

(Effect of the invention) The earth retaining fence of the present invention connects a plurality of fence bodies each having a gutter section in the fence plate section vertically so that the inflow gap of the gutter section opens to the front side (for example, to the slope shoulder side). In addition, since the surface water gutter section is connected to the topmost fence board, the earth retention fence body can be used for constructing earth retention fences (at that time, if necessary, mesh fabric etc. By attaching an appropriate filter material to the inflow gap), it is possible to efficiently collect and drain water in the soil such as inside slopes, and also to collect surface water and seepage water near the ground surface into the surface water gutter. This allows for efficient collection and drainage. Moreover, since the surface water gutter section is connected to the upper end of the fence board section located at the top level so as to be bent into a cylindrical shape on the front side (for example, on the shoulder side),
This is completely different from the case of the L-shaped gutter part of the earth retaining fence according to Utility Application No. 1987-77421, in which it is difficult for soil particles to enter the surface water gutter part, and the area close to surface water and the ground surface is completely different. Permeate water can be collected and drained permanently.

In addition, the L-shaped gutter part related to Utility Application No. 1983-77421 is also
In order to contribute to the collection and drainage of surface water until the soil accumulates in the gutter, an L-shaped structure similar to that in Utility Model Application No. 1987-77421 is installed at the upper end of the earth retaining fence of the present invention. In some cases, a shaped gutter section is provided.

As stated above, the earth retaining fence body of the present invention not only enables efficient and permanent collection and drainage underground through the gutter, but also has a structure that prevents soil particles from entering. Since the gutter section makes it possible to collect and drain water efficiently and permanently at the ground surface (at the ground surface and in areas close to the ground surface), earth retaining sections such as slopes are reliably protected.
