Therefore, with the intention of improving the efficiency of loading work into such containers, by placing rollers on the bottom plate of the container, the bottom plate that is pulled out of the container is loaded by outside loading work, and the bottom plate and the bottom plate are loaded into the container all at once. The housing device was proposed (for example,

However, not only is the container itself quite strong, but as seen in the conventional means mentioned above,
When additional equipment is installed, it is important to ensure the impact resistance of the equipment and its condition within the container. Moreover, it is economically undesirable that the weight of the container is extremely increased by this type of additional equipment.

By configuring the cargo collapse prevention member, which originally acts to prevent cargo stacked on a pallet from collapsing, into a truss-like structure, many gaps within the frame can be used to hang ropes for packing. Functions as a stop part. Further, the collapse prevention member, which is foldable on the pallet surface, can be folded when the pallet is not in use, thereby making it possible to stack the pallets in multiple layers in a small volume.

As shown in FIG. 1, according to one embodiment of the present invention, a four-cornered pallet body 1 with a certain floor thickness has fork pockets 2 on one opposite side (hereinafter referred to as the horizontal frame). 2, and hinges 4 are provided on each of the four peripheral sides of the main body 1 to prevent the load from collapsing.
It is foldably attached as shown by the chain line in the figure. The right angle backing plates 7 provided at the four corners of the pallet main body 1, which are formed by orthogonally abutting the horizontal frame 5 and the other vertical frame 6 on the opposite side, have a rectangular space formed by the plates 7. Corner fittings 8 are integrally attached.

By the way, as shown in the third figure, the fork pocket 2 in the pallet main body 1 is made of a lid body 15 which has projecting edges 15a on both ends of a steel material having a U-shaped cross section.
and a flat plate 16 having a width that abuts the edge 15a are integrally welded together at the overhanging edge 15a. Then, as shown in Figure 5, this square tube material 17 is also used as the floor aggregate of the pallet body 1, and the portion that intersects with the square tube material 17 is formed into a notch 18 for fitting. bone 1
9 is combined vertically and horizontally to form a framework. At this time, the lower edge of the horizontal rib 19 is assembled in such a manner that it is in contact with the overhanging edge 15a of the square tube member 17.

Corresponding to this framework, the horizontal frame 5 attached to the end of the horizontal rib 19 is also attached to an ear piece 5a formed by folding up the lower edge of a steel material having a U-shaped cross section.
The lower surface of the pallet main body 1 is made flat by assembling it with the lower surface of the pallet body 1 in contact with the lower surface of the pallet body 1, and by placing the transverse rib 19 on top by the folded-up height of the ear piece 5a.

The cargo collapse prevention member 3 includes an outer peripheral frame 3a having an attachment portion by the hinge 4 and the frame 3a.
A reinforcing frame 3b bent into a mountain shape in the area surrounded by
The bent top part is welded to the inside of the frame 3a to form a truss-like body with many gaps. Therefore, when the pallet is used in an upright position around the pallet main body 1 as shown in the first figure, it is possible to prevent the loads stacked on the main body 1 from shifting laterally, and to insert packing ropes or It becomes possible to hang a hook or the like, and the gap can function as a locking part. In addition, in order for the cargo collapse prevention member 3 to perform its function as a locking portion, it is sufficient if it is a truss-like body with many gaps, so the shape of the reinforcing frame 3b is not limited to the chevron shape, but may be corrugated. A suitable shape can be used.

Furthermore, the tips of the corner metal fittings 8 arranged in the four corner spaces of the pallet body 1 protrude from the upper surface of the floor plate 20 (see Fig. 4) of the pallet body 1, and this protruding height is used to reduce the load collapse. The thickness is approximately the same as the thickness of the prevention member 3 when folded onto the surface. As a result, when the pallet main body 1 is stored when not in use, the pallets above and below the stack can be stacked in a small bulk state by folding the collapse prevention member 3 (see Fig. 4). Each corner fitting 8 in the main body 1 abuts each other,
It functions as a spacer between these, and
Since it is engaged with each pallet main body 1 at the four corner spaces, it also functions as a material to prevent the laminated pallets from shifting laterally.

According to the present invention, as shown in FIG.
A bracket 1 is inserted into the T-shaped engagement grooves 13, 13, which are opened in the vertical bars 11, 11 of the container 9 through the wide grooves, and is prevented from coming off by the narrow grooves.
A U-shaped metal fitting 22 having an engagement hole 21 into which the engagement protrusion 14b protruding from the horizontal arms 14a of 4, 14, . . . is fitted is integrally attached to the horizontal frame 5. Therefore, when the fork of the transport lift is inserted into the fork pocket 2 of the pallet main body 1, the pallet is lifted and moved, and placed on the brackets 14, 14, etc., which have been set at a horizontal height position in advance. By properly fitting the mating protrusion 14b and the engaging hole 21, it is possible to prevent the pallet body 1 from shifting later and to secure the pallet body stably. Moreover, depending on the installation state of the brackets 14, 1414...
It is now possible to place several stages of pallet bodies 1 in a container, and cargo that is unsuitable for stacking can be stacked in a row on each pallet body 1, allowing loading with high utilization of space inside the container. can.
Although the engaging hole 21 is constructed using the U-shaped metal fitting 22, the hole 21 may alternatively be formed directly in the horizontal frame 5.

In this manner, according to the pallet of the present invention, by configuring the rectangular tube material having fork pockets to be used as a part of the floor frame, either the fork pocket component material or the frame material can be omitted. Therefore, the structure of the strong floor frame can be made relatively lightweight, and by attaching the load collapse prevention member formed in a truss shape so that it can be folded freely, the original load can be attached to the load collapse prevention member. In addition to preventing slippage, this can be used as a locking part, and by folding, the volume of the pallet can be reduced when not in use, making it convenient for stacking and storing a large number of pallets. By installing corner fittings with tips that protrude from the pallet floor, it maintains gaps between pallets and prevents them from shifting sideways during stacked storage, allowing safe and reliable stacking. By changing the height position inside the container and adjusting the placement and engagement with the brackets installed in advance, it is possible to arrange pallets in multiple stages inside the container, and it is also possible to prevent shaking shocks during transportation, etc. The pallet of the present invention is extremely useful in practice as a device of this type, as the pallet can be safely secured even in the case of a pallet.
