ダとホースを接続するカプラーのチエツク弁が圧
油によつて作業者の力で動かなくなつて、型替え
時にホースをシリンダから抜き外そうとしても簡
単に外れなかつたり、型替え後ホースをシリンダ
に接続しようとしてもチエツク弁の動きが圧油に
よつてロツクされて接続することができないとい
つたとじ込められた圧油による不具合が生じてい
る。

ストマシンの動作停止によりとじこめられた油圧
(残圧)を、該動作停止、即ち油圧ポンプの動作
停止後、中子用電磁弁から油タンクに配管された
油戻りホースを利用して自動的に且つ完全に圧抜
きし得る圧抜き装置を提供することにある。

動し、可動中子用油圧シリンダ1が動作するが、
ダイカストマシンを停止させるべく、油圧ポンプ
を停止させると、当然に可動中子用油圧シリンダ
1も停止する。

め、油入り兼戻りホースを可動中子用油圧シリン
ダから簡単に抜き外して型替えを行なうことがで
き、型替え後は簡単に接続することができる。
