装置12が設けられているため、このように上方
へ排出されたケーキはケーキ反転装置12によつ
て図示のように下向きに反転され、濾板1の間隙
から下方へ落下することとなる。そして濾布駆動
バー10が図示のように下部スプロケツト8付近
まで移動したときに濾布駆動用チエーン9及び濾
布6を逆転させれば、濾板1の上方に残つていた
剥離されたケーキは濾板1,1の間隙から更に確
実に下方へ排出されることとなる。以上に説明し
たとおり、本発明はこれまでタブーとされてきた
濾板1の上方へのケーキの排出をケーキ反転装置
12の採用によつてはじめて可能としたものであ
り、しかもケーキ反転装置12は濾板1とともに
開閉することができるので、濾板1を閉じて行わ
せる濾過工程も従来どおり支障なく行うことがで
きる。なお以上に説明した実施例では濾布6を途
中で反転させつつケーキの排出を行わせるように
したが、下部ローラ5と下部スプロケツト8とを
同軸として濾布6を一定方向に連続的に回転させ

せ、この剥離されたケーキを上部ローラの上方に
設けられたケーキ反転装置を利用して下向きに反
転させ、濾板の間から下方へ落下させるようにし
たものである。従つて本発明においてはケーキ排
出時に濾板の周囲にエンドレス状の濾布が回転す
るだけであり、従来のように濾布取付けバーと濾
布とが交差することもないので、故障が少なく、
また濾布は各濾板ごとに独立して張設されている
ので濾布の交換も極めて容易である。しかも本発
明においては濾板の上方へ高く濾布を吊上げる必
要もなく、実公昭59−33446号のフイルタープレ
スに比較して装置全体の高さを著しく低くするこ
とができるうえ、ケーキ反転装置は濾板とともに
開閉できるので脱水濾過を濾板を閉じて行う際に
も障害となるおそれはない。よつて本発明は従来
の問題点を一掃した濾布走行型フイルタープレス
として、産業の発展に寄与するところは極めて大
