ルブと、 前記パイロツトバルブを駆動し、前記パイロツ
トオリフイスを閉塞若しくは開放するソレノイド
装置と、 流体流入口及び流体吐出口を有し、前記第1シ
リンダの周囲に配置された第2シリンダと、 前記第1シリンダ及び第2シリンダ間に配置さ
れると共に、その先端にメインオリフイスを有す
るメインバルブと、 前記メインバルブを偏倚し、前記流体流入口を
閉塞するばね手段とを具備した流体制御用ソレノ
イド弁であつて、 前記メインバルブが前記流体流入口を閉塞した
場合に、その先端部がメインオリフイスの内部若
しくはその近傍に配置されるように、前記第2シ
リンダに設けられためくら部材とを備えたことを
特徴とする流体制御用ソレノイド弁。 (2) 前記めくら部材は、前記メインバルブの摺
動方向に移動可能に構成されたことを特徴とする
