のもの、或いはポンプによる強制循環させるタイ

       (考案が解決しようとする課題)
  前記した自然循環タイプのものは、自然循環の
ため、熱効率がよくなく、またポンプによる強制
循環タイプのものは、循環量が多くなるので熱効
率は向上するが、仮りに循環ポンプが故障したり
すると、風呂用熱交換装置自体が使用不能になる
課題があつた。そこで、自然循環にも、強制循環
にも適用できる装置が要求されると同時にそれが
毛髪類等によつて支障をきたすことなく円滑に行

る。即ち、本考案は、熱交換器側水壁に上部及び

換器側水壁内に羽根車及びその羽根車の上部位置
に温水案内板を各内蔵させ、前記羽根車は、その
羽根を短かく構成して、該羽根を取着けるフラン
ジ部の周縁に毛髪類の吹き飛ばし部を構成し、前
記羽根は外側先端に行くにつれてその高さを低く
構成し、前記上部及び下部温水循環通路は、夫々

は、温水循環通路ではなく、熱交換器側壁内に内
蔵されているので、温水の自然循環の妨げになら
ず、温水の加温に差仕えが生じない。また、羽根
車は毛髪類等の吹き飛ばし部を構成し、且つその
羽根は外側先端に行くにつれて低く構成してある

温水循環通路3,4を開口すると共に前記温水循
環通路のうち、下部温水循環通路4に対応する位
置の前記熱交換器側水壁2内に、羽根5を取着け
た羽根車6及びその羽根車6の上部位置に温水案
内板7を内蔵させ、前記羽根車6は、その羽根5
を短かく構成して、該羽根5を取着けるフランジ
部11の周縁に毛髪類の吹き飛ばし部12を構成
し、前記羽根5は外側先端に行くにつれて、その
高さを低く構成し、前記上部温水循環通路3及び
下部温水循環通路4は、夫々浴槽と接続させる構
成とする。第1図は熱交換器側水壁2を横方向に
延長部8を構成し、その延長した熱交換器側水壁
2内に、上部及び下部温水循環通路3,4を開口
させ、前記下部温水循環通路4に対応する前記熱
交換器側水壁2内に羽根車6とその上部に温水案
内板7を内蔵させた構成であり、第2図に示すも
のは、第1図に於ける延長部8を構成しない実施
例を示す。しかして、モータ9により羽根車6が
回転すると、浴槽内温水は羽根車6によつて強制
的に浴槽及び熱交換器1内を循環する。即ち、温
水は下部温水循環通路4を経て熱交換器側水壁2
に内蔵した羽根車6の個所に至り、その上部に位
置する温水案内板7によつて案内されて上部温水
循環通路3に至る。第1図に示す実施例の場合に
は、延長部8が構成されているので、温水案内板
7によつて案内された温水の一部は、図中矢印の
通り、本体側温水循環通路10側方向に流れて熱
交換し、上部温水循環通路3に導かれて浴槽へと
循環する。第1図の場合、温水の他の部分は温水
案内板7によつて、図中矢印の通り、上部温水循
環通路3へバイパスしてしまうので、浴槽内の下
部の温度の低い温水を浴槽の上部に直接循環する
結果となり、浴槽内の温度分布の均一化を促進す
る。しかして、温水案内板7によつて案内された
温水は、上部温水循環通路3を経て浴槽へと循環
する。かかる際、毛髪類が羽根5にくつついた場
合、毛髪類は、遠心力により羽根5の先端に至
り、ついては毛髪類吹き飛ばし部12に至つて吹
き飛ばされる。また、羽根5の高さを、図示の通
り、外側先端に行くにつれて低く構成しているの
で、毛髪類が羽根5にくつついても、先端部に行
くまでに吹き飛ばされてしまい、容易に先端部ま
では達しない。しかして、強制循環、自然循環が

も、温水の自然循環には全く影響なく行なえるこ
とができる。また、熱交換器自体をポンプ化して
しまうという従来ない一大利点があり、省スペー
ス化が達成できるうえ、パイプ等の接続個所もな
くなり水漏れ等の概念も一掃できる等の諸効果が
ある。加えて、羽根車は独特の構成しているの
で、毛髪類が附着成長することなく、強制循環、
