【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 枕の基本枠は第1図の如く材質はポリエチレ
ン等の化学合成材質を一体射出成型としたもので
ある。主な基本枠は約15mm角材で型成され一部
を5mm×22mmを使用する。底部基枠1は長方形
の枠で四隅に立上り2を立て上部を夫々前後に直
線と複数の円弧連続の形で結ぶ。その円弧と直線
の形状は枕に載る後頭部及び頚の形状にほぼ一致
した形状とする。左右立上り2の中央水平部上側
から約70mmの立下りを設け、下部を梁3で左右
連結し立上り2の内外倒れを防止すると共に枠全
体の補強とする。立上り2の上部曲線部内側に左
右横ばね5をばね掛座金8を介して連続伸張して
左右の末端ばねをばね止金具9で留める。この連
続した左右横ばね5の上面に頭を載せる。連続し
た一連の左右横ばね5は枕の前後の間に適宜間隔
を置き合計9連を設ける。左右立り2の高さは底
部枠の下迄約130mmとする。枠の底部前後を厚
5mm×22mm平材で左右立上2の曲線と類似形状
で梁3を経て7本横列で底部枠前後を連結する。
これを段付き架橋4とする。架橋4は夫々途中に
上下緩衡ばね7を固定取付けるために平面部を設
ける。上下緩衡ばね7の固定はばねの下部半捲を
接着又は他の方法で架橋に固定する。頭の荷重を
受け上下緩衡を負担するのはこの上下緩衡ばね7
である。此のばねが枕の横列に7本、前後に9本
立ち合計63本が枕表面にばね掛座金8と共に頭
を支えている。 2 頭を受ける上下緩衝ばね7の作動方向は出来
得る限り後頭部曲面及び後部頚の曲面に直角に当
る様に据付ける。このため上下緩衡ばね7の枕の
前列側及び後列側の各々3列を夫々前側及び後側
に傾けて据付ける。傾けるため上下緩衝ばね7を
取付ける段付架橋4の平面部を前後に夫々傾斜し
て設置する。即ち枕を側面から見て前後3列の上
下緩衝ばね7は枕を中心に扇形に固定する。緩衝
ばね7の頭にばね掛け座金8を固定取付ける。ば
ね掛け座金8は薄板円形板で表面中央に半円球凸
部を高さ5mm程度プレス型で押出し円周十字方向
に小孔4ヶを明けたもので小孔左右2ヶ所に左右
横ばね5を取付け更に連続して継ぎこのばねの左
右末端を立上り2の内側に留める。又前後方向に
も前後縦ばね6も同様に連続して結ぶ、此のばね
により枕表面が前後左右に必要以上振れる事を防
止出来る。 3 枕の内部は7本の架橋4を境として、その上
を上段部、下を下段部とに区分出来る。上段部に
は各種の金属ばねを組合せ設置し、下段部はイヤ
ーホン付きの小型ラジオを取付ける。その他小箱
を数個取付け湿気取り材、脱臭材及び小物入等の
小箱とする。睡眠前にラジオを聞き安眠を促進す
る事が出来る。 4 本案の枕は構造上から空間部が多く設置取付
け部品の容積と残りの空間部容積比が上段部で8
5%を占め下段部で同じくその比率は約65%と
なる。全体で空間平均は72%の割合となり他の
枕と比較し、より以上多くの空間部を持つ。この
枕の空間部が多い事は頭の熱を吸収した暖気流と
外部の冷気流が互に熱交換を活発にする。頭の冷
却に良い結果を与える。更に枕の使用中に熱を上

ど頭の移動等により枕表面がばねの弾力による上
下及び左右の振れで上下段の空気の置換が増大す
る。空気の入換えにより頭が冷え熟睡が促進され
る。 5 上下緩衝ばね7の頭部に取付けたばね掛座金
8は0.5mm厚で直径20mm位の鋼製円板で前記
の通り上面に半円球凸部をプレス成型する。取付
け数は3種のばねがばね掛座金8を中心として前
後左右に連結交差する。枕の全表面にこのばね掛
座金が63ヶ突出し頭頚部を押圧し指圧効果を与
え特に頚を通る全神経に良好な結果とななる。高
血圧の人に特に有効な作用を及ぼし熟睡を速める
。 6 水平左右に連続伸張した左右横ばね5の最前
列及び最後列に取付けたばね掛座金8を枕の中央
から左右に向い2ヶ宛を1図の拡大図の如く一組

頭の熱及び湿気に依り弾力が無くなる事もなく汗
による湿気も防止出来る。枠はポリエチレン材を
使用しているので重量も軽い。枕カバーシートも
交換が楽で洗濯も容易である。
