所定値以上である旨のエンジン高回転数信号を送
出するエンジン回転数判別手段と、 上記アクセル踏み込み速度判別手段とエンジン
回転数判別手段の判別信号を受けて、オートマチ
ツクトランスミツシヨンの変速機の接続を切り替
えるためのシフト制御手段とからなり、 車速がなく、セレクトレバーが走行レンジにあ
る場合には、上記シフト制御手段が、上記アクセ
ル速度信号または上記エンジン高回転数信号を受
けて変速機を１速に切り替える旨のシフト信号を
