[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to an improvement of a heat-insulating double cladding tube in which an air insulation layer is provided on the outside of two conduits arranged in parallel.

As shown in FIG. 1, the heat-insulating double cladding pipes include two conduits 1 and 1' which are placed close to each other in parallel with a thin tape-shaped spacer 2 interposed between them.
A linear spacer 4 is spirally wound at a predetermined pitch with or without a layer 3 of tape having a low emissivity such as a glossy aluminum foil, and a layer 3 of a tape having a low emissivity such as a glossy aluminum foil is wound on top of the layer 3. A corrugated core 6 made of a polyethylene flexible tube with an oval cross-section whose tube wall is corrugated is coated with a layer 5 formed by winding a tape having a low emissivity and an air layer provided thereunder. A device covered with a tube 7 has been proposed.

Even in such a heat-insulating dual cladding pipe, it is necessary to identify the two conduits as in the conventional case. However, with the above-described configuration, it is difficult to provide an identification protrusion on the outside of the corrugated tube 7 as in the conventional case. Another method of identification could be to make the surface of one of the conduits 1 (or 1') a different color, but since most of the conduits 1 and 1' are small-mouth copper pipes,
Coloring this requires extra man-hours and costs, and is not very desirable in terms of cost.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an improved thermally insulating dual cladding tube that is capable of fixing a tape-like cladding material and allowing identification of the conduit.

The gist of the present invention is that an identification tape is vertically attached to the outer surface of the core of the above-mentioned double-walled heat-insulating cladding tube.

To explain this with reference to FIGS. 2 to 4, FIG. 2 shows an identification tape 8 made of colored adhesive tape having a width smaller than the outer circumference of the core 6, as also shown in FIG. It is attached vertically to the side surface of the outer surface of the core 6, and the core 6 is housed in the corrugated tube 7.

By applying the identification tape 8 in this manner, it is not only possible to identify the conduits 1 and 1' at the ends, but also to identify the layer 5 formed by spirally winding at a predetermined pitch.
This also helps to prevent the layer 5 from shifting or coming undone from the terminal.

FIG. 3 shows another example of the present invention, in which the outer layer 5 of the core 6 is formed by vertically winding a tape having a low emissivity, and the outer layer 5 of the core 6 is formed by winding a tape having a low emissivity vertically. Identification tape 8 is pasted vertically along the overlapping edge of the edge.

In this example as well, the identification tape 8 is connected to the conduits 1, 1'
This is a component that performs two functions: identification of the layer 5 and fixation of the layer 5.

As described above, in this invention, the identification tape is pasted vertically on the outer surface of the core, so it is possible to identify two conduits by checking the presence of the identification tape at the end when piping. Effective for work. The identification tape also fixes the tape layer that makes up the core, ensuring the shape of the core and, in other words, ensuring insulation performance. Furthermore, since it is possible to use an inexpensive adhesive tape, it is effective in terms of productivity and economy.
