【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は、大型車両の車台フレーム等の製造に
際して屡々発生する不良鋲の抜取装置に関するも
のである。

(従来の技術) 従来から、大型車両の車台フレーム等の製造に
際して広く採用されている油圧作動式の鋲装置
は、大体コ字状又はC字状をなすフレーム又はヨ
ークの一端部に油圧シリンダを設け、同シリンダ
内に油圧により往復駆動されるピストンを嵌装し
て、その軸端部及び同軸端部に対向するフレーム
の他端部に、互に協働して鋲頭を成形しかしめる
スナツプを夫々着脱自在に装着した構造を具えて
いる。このような鋲機を使用して鋲作業を行
なう場合、鋲軸の長さが正規寸度より許容限度以
上に長いか又は短い等のために、鋲頭が正しく成
形されず、鋲軸線に対し偏つて成形されたり、成
形された頭部の寸度が不十分になることがある。
技術上良く知られているように、上記不良形状の
鋲頭を有する鋲は、所定の強度を発揮し得ない惧
れがあるので、これを抜取り新たな鋲と交換する
必要がある。従来、上記不良鋲の抜取りに際して
は、たがねに柄を取付けた特殊の剪断工具を鋲頭
に当てがい、大ハンマにより剪断工具を打撃して
鋲頭を剪断したのち、ポンチに柄を取付けた特殊
の打抜き工具を残つている鋲軸に当てがい、大ハ
ンマにより同打抜き工具を打撃して鋲軸を抜取つ
ていた。

を同ピンの小径端に向つて押圧するゴム等の弾性
材料で作られたエジエクタを配設すると共に、同
エジエクタの打抜ピン小径端側の端部に、上記エ
ジエクタの半径方向への過度の変形を防止する保
護キヤツプを装着したことを特徴とするものであ
る。
