産業上の利用分野
この考案は、フイルタープレスにおける濾布振

従来の技術
従来のフイルタープレスにおける濾布振動装置
は、圧搾濾過の終了後、開板状態の濾板同志の間
に、例えばエア・シリンダの作用により濾布振動
用ハンマを所定位置まで下降させたのち、ハンマ
を垂直面内でさらに昇降させたりあるいは円運動
させることにより、濾布吊下げ棒ひいてはこれに
吊り下げられた濾布に振動を与えていた(例えば
特公昭54−24747号公報参照)。しかしながら、従
来の装置によれば、濾布に与える振動が比較的緩
慢であるため、ケーキの除去に時間がかゝり、ひ
どい場合にはケーキが残留したまゝで次の濾過工
程を実施することがあり、これではフイルタープ
レスによる濾過作業の能率が悪いという問題があ
つた。また従来の装置では、濾布振動用ハンマに
よる打撃のさい騒音が生じ、かつハンマによる打
撃または摩滅により濾布が損傷を受けるという問

ブレータの振動によりケーキを徐去するようにし
た濾布振動装置を堤案した(特願昭60−260610号
公報参照)。この先堤案の装置によれば、上記従
来の装置に比べて濾布に対して短時間に多くの振
動を与えることができ、従つてケーキの剥離除去
を迅速に行なうことができるとともに、騒音を生
じることがなく、かつ濾布が損傷を受けないとい
う利点がある。この考案は、この先堤案の濾布振
動装置を改良し、さらに振幅の大きな振動を与え

つてつかまえられている濾布吊下げ棒30,30
と濾布10,10とに与えられる振動が顕著に増
幅され、その結果、濾布10,10がバイブレー

に、上下方向にも振動して、ケーキに対し一定時

よりつかまえられた濾布吊下げ棒30はバイブレ
ータ28と一体に振動するため、従来の濾布振動
装置の場合と異なり、振動により騒音を生じるこ
とがなく、かつ濾布10が損傷を受けることがな
