Claims (1)
の一端から他端に至る流路を形成し、この流路内
に被冷却物を投入して浮遊させて流し、この時に
被冷却物を冷却するようにした冷却装置であつて
、流体を流すポンプと、流体を冷却する冷却部材
とを配設し、前記槽の一端の下面に、前記冷却部
材で冷却した流体を上方を向いて流出する流出口
を形成し、前記槽の他端の上部に流体がオーバー
フローして流出する流出口を形成したことを特徴
とする冷却装置。 (2) 基台の上部に槽を有し、この槽の内部にそ
の一端から他端に至る流路を形成し、この流路内
に被冷却物を投入して浮遊させて流し、この時に
被冷却物を冷却するようにした冷却装置であつて
、前記基台にポンプを配設するとともに、前記槽
の内部に、冷却部材と、この冷却部材の上部に位
置する流路形成部材とを配設し、この流路形成部
材は、底板と、この底板の両側に設けられた側板
とを有し、前記底板と両側板との間で被冷却物の
冷却に用いる第1流路を、前記各側板と槽の内面
との間で流体を循環させる第2流路をそれぞれ形
成し、前記第1流路は、その流入側の底面に上方
を向いて流体を流出する流出口が形成されるとと
もに、流出側に堰板が設けられてその上面で流出
口が形成され、この流出口から流出した流体が配
管を介して前記ポンプによつて前記冷却部材に導
かれて冷却され、こののちに前記流出口から流出
するようになつていることを特徴とする冷却装置
。 (3) 前記槽の内部に配設された流路形成部材は
、そと流入側の底板が前記槽の内面とわずかな間
隙をおいて配設され、この間隙で流入口を形成し
ている請求項2記載の冷却装置。 (4) 前記両側板は、その流入口側の端部に切欠
部が形成され、これによつて前記第2流路の流入
