が良くないという問題があつた。(Prior art) Conventionally, in order to measure whether or not holes drilled in sheet metal parts (for example, panels) formed by a press are drilled in the correct positions, a measurement method is used as shown in Fig. 3. The panel 1 to be measured (hereinafter referred to as measurement panel) is set on the measurement gauge 5, and the lower end 31a of the measurement tool 31, which is a plug gauge, is placed on the measurement gauge 5.
Attach the measuring tool 31 to the measuring gauge 5 by fitting it into the mounting hole 7 of The distances x1, x2 and the vertical distances y1, y2 were measured, and the amount of deviation in the position of the hole 3 in the measurement panel 1 was calculated from the distances. Therefore, conventionally, a gauge is required to measure the amount of deviation of the hole position in the panel, and it is also necessary to calculate the amount of deviation, which not only takes time, but also causes measurement errors and measurement values. There was a problem that there was a lot of variation and the measurement accuracy was poor.

That is, the tool body has a shaft part and a flange formed on the upper part of the shaft part, and the lower end of the shaft is inserted into the reference hole of the support member, and the tool body has a measurement hole of the pressed product and an upper surface with a larger diameter than the flange. The taper guide has an inverted conical shape and is attached to the tool body so that it can move in the radial direction of the shaft through a shaft hole drilled in the shaft center with the top surface in contact with the bottom surface of the flange. This constitutes a tool for measuring the hole position of a pressed product, and the top surface of this taper guide is marked with scales in the X and Y directions, and the collar is marked with vernier scales in the X and Y directions relative to the scales of the taper guide. .

At this time, if the hole in the press product is eccentric with respect to the reference hole, the taper guide moves while being guided by the hole until it coincides with the hole in the press product. When the taper guide is fitted into the hole of the press product, read the points where the scale lines in the X and Y directions on the taper guide and the scale lines in the X and Y directions on the flange of the shaft coincide, and check the eccentricity of the hole position. measure quantity.

心する。 The measurement panel 1 is fixed to the measurement gauge 5 by placing the attachment parts 4, 4 on both sides of the measurement panel 1 on the stepped parts 6a, 6a of both the support parts 6, 6 of the measurement gauge 5. Next, the hole position measuring tool 8 is inserted into the hole 3 of the measuring panel 1, and its insertion part 10 is inserted into the reference hole 7 of the measuring gauge 5. At this time, the insertion portion 10 is pushed into the reference hole 7 until the tapered surface 14a of the tapered guide 14 comes into contact with the entire inner peripheral surface of the hole 3. At this time,
If the center of the hole 3 is eccentric with respect to the normal position, the tapered guide 14 will move because its tapered surface 14a is pushed by the circumferential surface of the hole 3. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the center 01 of the upper surface 16 of the taper guide 14 is eccentric with respect to the center 0 of the collar 12 of the tool body 9.

Read the difference x from the reference line c p in the direction when the scale a of the tsuba 12 and the scale c of the taper guide 14 match, and also read the difference x from the reference line b p in the Y direction that passes through the center 0 of the tsuba 12. If we read the difference y from the reference line d p in the Y direction passing through the center 01 when the scale b of the collar 12 and the scale d of the taper guide 14 match, we can see that it is from the normal position of the center 01 of the hole 3 of the measurement panel 1. The amount of deviation can be measured accurately (for example, in units of 1/20 mm).

る。(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above explanation, according to this invention, the hole position of a pressed product can be accurately measured simply by inserting the lower part of the main body of the hole measuring tool into the reference hole of the measurement panel. Since there is no need for a sight gauge as shown in the figure, and there is no need to calculate the hole position, the time required to measure the hole position of a pressed product can be reduced compared to the conventional method. Furthermore, measurement errors and variations in measured values are reduced, allowing for highly accurate measurements.
