BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, in an oil combustor of an up-and-down type oil combustor, a suction means 2 consisting of a turbo fan or the like is provided in communication with the inside of an oil tank 1.
Some types of fire extinguishers are configured to operate when the wick 3 is lowered, thereby greatly reducing the odor during extinguishing. That is, by operating the suction means 2, petroleum vapor that is about to flow out into the combustion cylinder 4 by the draft is sucked into the oil tank 1, and released into the atmosphere without being thermally decomposed, etc., thereby producing an irritating effect. Products designed to significantly reduce fire extinguishing odors have begun to be seen.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, the suction means 2 requires a motor 5, a control circuit for the motor 5 (not shown), etc., which considerably increases the cost. Therefore, reducing the odor during fire extinguishing alone will have low cost performance.

本発明はこのような点に鑑みてなしたもので、

The present invention was made in view of these points.
In addition to reducing the odor when extinguishing a fire, it also prevents abnormal combustion, such as when the wick height is too high, when switching from low to high combustion, or when the combustion tube is not securely placed on the fire pan. The purpose of this is to suppress the occurrence of a dangerous situation such as flames coming out onto the top plate, resulting in a product with high cost performance.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present invention operates a suction means provided in communication with the inside of the oil tank in conjunction with the lowering of the core and the operation of a thermally responsive switch attached to the top plate of the apparatus. It is configured to do so.

Effects The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, suppresses the odor of extinguishing by sucking the petroleum vapor generated during extinguishing, and prevents dangerous situations such as flames rising due to abnormal combustion and flames appearing on the top of the appliance. As a result, the cost performance of the suction means is also high.

Embodiment An example of the embodiment will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. Reference numeral 11 indicates an oil tank, 12 indicates a core guide tube installed upright in the oil tank 1, and 13 indicates a core fixed on the oil tank 11. An outer cylinder, 14 is a core gap formed by the core guide cylinder 12 and the core outer cylinder 13, and 15 is this core gap 1.
The tip of the wick is exposed in an appropriate amount above the inner and outer cooking pans 12' and 13' of the core guide tube 12 and outer core tube 13, respectively. Reference numeral 16 denotes a lead up and down mechanism, which is configured to allow the lead 15 to move up and down. Reference numeral 17 denotes a combustion cylinder, which is placed on the inner fire pan 12' and the outer fire pan 13', and is configured to perform mixing and combustion therein. 18 is a suction means fixed on the oil tank 11, which sucks and discharges the air in the oil tank 11 from the suction port 19 of the oil tank 11.The structure will be explained below. The fan case covered above forms a passage 22 that communicates the inside of the oil tank 11 with the atmosphere 21. A fan 23 is provided in the middle of the passage 22 and is driven by a motor 24 attached to the fan case 20. In FIG. 3, 25 and 26 are suction means 1
As shown in FIG. 2, one of the switches 25 is connected to the power supply circuit to the motor 24 of No. 8, and one switch 25 is installed near the core up/down mechanism 16, and changes from normally closed to normally open when the core 15 is lowered. It's starting to switch. The other switch 26 (also referred to as a thermally responsive switch) is connected to the appliance top plate 26 as shown in FIG.
7, and due to the temperature rise in this part
It's starting to turn on. That is, when the core 15 falls, the switch 25 switches to the normally open terminal 25a side, turning on the transistor 28, and the charging voltage of the capacitor 29 turns on the transistor 28.
While turned on, electricity is supplied from the dry cell battery 30 to the motor 24 to operate the motor, that is, the fan 23. On the other hand, the above switch 26
turns ON when the temperature in the vicinity rises above a certain level.
Then, electricity is supplied from the dry cell battery 30 to the motor 24 to operate the fan 23 until the temperature drops and the fan 23 is turned off.

In the above configuration, if the wick up and down mechanism 16 is operated to expose the wick 15 to an appropriate length on the inner fire pan 12' and the outer fire pan 13' and ignite it, it will burn in the combustion tube 17 and heat can be taken. When the wick up/down mechanism 16 is operated, the wick 15 rapidly descends and sinks into the wick gap 14 to a predetermined depth, extinguishing the fire. At this time, the switch 25 is switched to the normally open terminal 25a side, and the charging voltage of the capacitor 29 turns on the transistor 28 to supply electricity to the motor 24 of the suction means 18. This causes the fan 23 to operate, sucking in air from the suction port 19 in the oil tank 11, and discharging it from the outlet 22a. As a result, the inside of the oil tank 11 becomes negative pressure and the core gap 14
Air flows in (is sucked in) from the wick 15 , and oil vapor from the wick 15 is sucked into the oil tank 11 into the passage 2 .
It is discharged to the outside from the outlet 22a of No. 2. In this operation, the charging voltage of the capacitor 29 is

As a result, the inside of the oil tank 11 becomes negative pressure, and the air in the combustion chamber is sucked through the wick gap 14, suppressing abnormal fuel vaporization from the wick 15, reducing the amount of vaporization to a normal amount, and preventing abnormal combustion. I can do it.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above description of the embodiments, according to the present invention, the suction means can not only prevent the generation of an irritating odor when extinguishing a fire, but also prevent dangerous flames from rising during abnormal combustion. This makes it possible to achieve high cost performance.
