排出機構付カードリーダにおいて、カードの走行
を行う駆動モータと、駆動モータに直結する駆動
モータ軸には標準ギアが取付けてあり、駆動モー
タを固定するモータステーの外側にはカード排出
用のハンドルギアを持つ操作軸を取付け、操作軸
と駆動モータ軸の間にＤカツト溝を設けた中間軸
を介し回転を伝達するようにしてあり、中間軸の
駆動モータ軸とかみ合うギアには一部の歯を欠き
落とした歯欠けギアを、操作軸とのかみ合いには
標準ギアを取付け、中間軸は駆動モータの回転に
よるカード走行動作中は、一端をモータステーで
固定した棒ばねの先端が中間軸のＤカツト溝を押
し付け固定され、駆動モータ軸の回転が操作軸に
伝達されないように、中間軸の歯欠けギアの歯が
欠けている部分に駆動モータ軸の標準ギアの歯が
位置するようにし、カードがカードリーダの装置
内に停滞した時に、ハンドルギアを回転し駆動モ
ータ軸を回転してカードを排出するよう構成した
ことを特徴とするカード強制排出機構付カードリ
