線上に高周波押型により線状凹部を形成すると同
時に同線状凹部の個所に於て上記の合成樹脂シー
ト、発泡シートおよび基布を相互に熔着すると共
に当該高周波押型の外周に備えた高周波切刃によ
り合成樹脂シートおよび発泡シートのみを上記の
外周縁線の外側で切断して余剰部を除去し、更に
布地を合成樹脂シートおよび発泡シートの熔着部
の外辺に余剰部を残して所定の縫包構成片の形に
裁断し、この縫包構成片の周縁を縫いつなぎによ
り詰物を包み込むことを要旨とするものである。

の纏包構成片の形に裁断し、この縫包構成片の周
縁をつなぎにより詰物を包み込むようにたので一
枚の布地をそのまま縫製して詰物を入れる公知の
製法拠るものと異なり比較的リアルであつて造形
性に富む縫い包みを得ることができる効果があ
る。

布地を合成樹脂シートおよび発泡シートの熔着部
の外辺に余剰部を残して所定の縫包構成片の形に
裁断し、この縫包構成片の周縁を縫いつなぎによ
り詰物を包み込むことを特徴とする縫い包みの製
法。
