In this case, a so-called tape carrier, in which small electronic components such as resistors and capacitors to be mounted on an integrated circuit are arranged in rows on a strip of plastic tape, is used to make a so-called paper carrier such as corrugated cardboard. The packaging container is stored in a box-shaped packaging container, the packaging container is brought into the clean room, the lid of the packaging container is opened,
One end of the tape carrier is taken out and attached to an automatic parts supply device.

As is well known, the paper packaging containers are generally made of paper pulp made of vegetable fibers as the main raw material.
In particular, on the punched end faces of corrugated paperboard, the front and back flat plates and the end face of the corrugated plate sandwiched between them are exposed to the outside, and during handling, the fibers fall off from the wide front and back sides of the packaging container and the cut end face, and the fibers fall out of the clean room. There was a problem in that the content of dust was significantly increased, and fibers adhered to the surface of semiconductors during assembly, resulting in failures and accidents.

Therefore, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-194120 discloses a deployable core plate in which a box-shaped container body and a lid are attached in series by punching out cardboard, etc., and synthetic resin sheets on both the front and back sides of the core plate. It is disclosed that the front and back synthetic resin sheets are polymerized and bonded together using a welder at the peripheral edge of the core plate and at the elongated holes in the folds.

According to this configuration, the end surface is made to stand up against the bottom surface, the folding piece is brought into contact with the inner surface of this end surface, and in this state, the release paper is peeled off and the protruding piece is pasted from the inner surface of the folding piece to the bottom surface. Then, the container body can be assembled.

Therefore, the present invention has developed a box-shaped packaging container for storing a strip-shaped tape carrier that stores electronic components in rows, from paper such as corrugated paper or carton paper.
Consisting of a piece of paper that is cut and formed into a developed shape that is formed in a continuous manner with a predetermined container body and lid, or a developed shape that is formed to take the shape of each of the container body and lid, and Both the front and back sides of the unfolded shape of the paper piece are covered with a pair of front and back thin films made of soft synthetic resin that extend from the outer periphery to the outside, and the pair of front and back thin films are sealed so as to cover the cut periphery of the paper piece. , on one side of the container body and the lid, a linear folding line for forming a take-out opening for pulling out the strip-shaped tape carrier in the longitudinal direction;
It is provided so as to extend in a direction substantially perpendicular to the drawing direction.

As described above, according to the present invention, both the front and back sides and the outer periphery of the wide paper strip constituting the container body and lid of a packaging container are covered with a pair of front and back thin films made of soft synthetic resin. Since the film is sealed so as to surround the outside of the outer periphery of the unfolded shape of the paper piece and the punched holes such as perforations, when the container main body and the lid are assembled in a continuous manner, or when the container main body When assembling the sheets into the lid body, the folded portions of the sheets of paper are covered with a pair of soft thin synthetic resin films on the front and back sides, so that the folding work is not difficult.

Then, not only the front and back sides of a wide piece of paper such as corrugated paper, but also the outer periphery of the unfolded shape and the cut edges such as punched holes are covered with a pair of thin films made of soft synthetic resin on the front and back. Since the packaging is sealed by heat-sealing a pair of thin films on the front and back so that the entire circumference is covered, even if the packaging container is made of paper, from which fibers tend to fall off from both sides of the wide front and back sides and the cut edges, There is no leakage from the sealed portion of the pair of thin films on the front and back sides.

Further, on one side of the container body and the lid, a linear folding line for forming a take-out opening for pulling out the strip-shaped tape carrier in the longitudinal direction is provided so as to extend in a direction substantially perpendicular to the pull-out direction. If the paper is folded along the folding line while the container body is covered with the lid body, that area will immediately open as the outlet for the tape carrier, and the paper will not be bulky. The tape carrier can be pulled out very easily.

Furthermore, since the wide sides and folding points of the paper strips are covered with a thin film made of soft synthetic resin, when the long tape carriers are continuously removed from the packaging container, the tape carriers are Even if the wide surface and the folded line portion rub against each other, no dust is generated, and the dust content in the air within the clean room does not increase.

Furthermore, since thin films made of soft synthetic resin are placed on both the front and back sides of the paper strips and the cut ends are sealed by heat sealing, etc., processing is easy and the paper strips can be easily removed during subsequent container assembly work. While the container can be easily bent flexibly, the cost can be reduced compared to the case where the entire container is made of synthetic resin.

In this configuration, when the unfolded sheet of paper sealed 24 with the pair of front and back thin films 23, 23 is folded along a predetermined folding line and assembled, the container body 2 and lid body as shown in FIG. A packaging container 1 is formed in which 3 are integrally arranged in a row, and inside the packaging container 1,
What is necessary is to house a so-called tape carrier 22 in which small electronic components 25 are arranged in a row at regular intervals on a belt-shaped tape made of soft synthetic resin.

In other words, the tape carrier 22 can be pulled out very easily while the top surface of the container body 1 is covered with the lid 3, and in that case, the wide side and folded portion of the paper strip are covered with a thin sheet made of soft synthetic resin. Because it is covered with a film, even if the tape carrier rubs against the wide side of the paper strip and the folded line during the process of continuously taking out long tape carriers from inside the packaging container, no dust will be generated and the tape carrier will remain clean. There is no increase in the dust content in the indoor air.
