Conventionally, this type of ventilation system was developed by, for example, the
As disclosed in Publication No. 19364 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 45-21048, this device is a device that opens and closes a ventilation cover via a link mechanism to a ventilation opening provided on the roof of a vehicle. By moving the handle attached to the back side of the lid up and down in two steps, the front end of the ventilation lid connected to the end of the link mechanism is raised while being tilted forward in the direction of travel of the vehicle. It was configured to perform three actions: ventilation (air supply), raising the rear end of the ventilation lid to extract ventilation (exhaust), and closing the ventilation opening with the ventilation lid. It is something.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] The above ventilation system is also known as "2-way ventilation system"
It is a device that performs suction ventilation at the first opening position and forced ventilation at the second opening position, and is superior in that it has a relatively simple structure, but it has the following features: It has various problems and is not necessarily an effective device.

That is, the first problem is that when the end of the ventilation lid at the rear in the direction of travel of the vehicle is lifted to the first opening position and the inside of the vehicle is sucked out, the ventilation lid is simply pushed up by the elastic force of the spring. Since the ventilation cover is only in a closed position, it has the disadvantage that the support for the ventilation cover is unstable and that it closes due to wind pressure.

Therefore, a strong spring must be used to open the ventilation lid with enough elasticity to withstand the wind pressure. Naturally, using such a strong spring makes it difficult to open and close the ventilation lid.

The second problem is that since the link mechanism is used as the means for opening and closing the lid member, the structure is complicated and the number of parts is large, and when the lid member is closed, the link mechanism There were problems in that it protruded to the side, narrowing the vehicle interior space, and was extremely difficult to assemble.

In addition, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 56-63508, an opening/closing mechanism for an air supply damper opens and closes the opening area of the air supply port in stages through a guide pipe that contacts the cam surface of the air supply damper. However, in the case of this invention, the air supply damper cannot be opened in any direction, and the mechanism for adjusting the opening area of the air supply port uses a cam etc.
There were problems in that the structure was complicated and it was difficult to firmly fix the opening position.

Further, a ventilation device in which the air supply opening is opened in multiple directions is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 12850/1983, but in the case of this device, the lid 1 is attached to four telescopic legs. It is supported by the connecting pipe 6 and the opening/closing operation is performed by the connecting pipe 6.
This is done with the help of a compression spring, especially when storing the lid 1 by pushing it down below the dead point, so the opening area of the air supply port is limited. The problem was that it was difficult to adjust.

Furthermore, in the vehicle ventilation system disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-43509, both ends of the torsion bar spring are inserted into holes in the ventilation frame on the vehicle body side, so the ventilation cover can be easily installed and removed. Therefore, there was a problem that the assembly workability and maintainability were poor.

This invention was devised by focusing on such conventional problems, and its purpose is to ensure that the opening state of the ventilation lid member is maintained, and that the lid member can be opened and closed even at a relatively low position. In addition, the lid member can be opened in any direction, the opening area can be adjusted in stages, and the lid member can be easily attached and removed, improving the assembly workability. The present invention provides a vehicle ventilation system with improved maintainability.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, this invention has an elastic engagement member attached to the center of the lower surface of the lid covering the ventilation opening of the vehicle body, and three or more branches of the elastic engagement member. A lid opening/closing member having an end that is brought into contact engagement with the lower surface of the flange of the ventilation port and having a plurality of locking steps that can be locked on the upper surface of the flange portion is hingedly engaged between the branched end portions of the lower surface of the lid. This is what happens.

First, from the state where the lid member is closed,
If you want to open a part of the lid member in the direction of travel of the vehicle, hold the other end of the lid holding member and push it upwards. It is pushed up against the force, creating an opening that admits forced ventilation (supply air).

When a predetermined opening is obtained in this way, the desired locking portion of the lid holding member is locked to the flange portion formed at the peripheral edge of the ventilation port, and in this state, release the hand. Then, the lid member tries to act in the closing direction due to the elastic force of the elastic engagement member, but as a result of being held by the locking portion of the lid holding member that is locked to the flange portion, the lid member A constant open state is maintained.

In addition, the cover member may be opened on the side opposite to the direction of vehicle travel, or opened on the side for suction ventilation (exhaust air).
If it is desired to do so, the locking portion may be locked with the flange portion by pushing up the other lid holding member by the same operation as described above.

Furthermore, when the lid member is removed from the wall surface of the vehicle, the elastic engagement member that elastically connects the wall surface and the lid member is further bent than the state shown in FIG. The cover member can be easily removed by separating the cover member from the flange portion of the ventilation port.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, this invented vehicle ventilation system has an elastic engagement member attached to the center of the lower surface of the lid that covers the ventilation opening of the vehicle body, and three or more branch ends of the elastic engagement member. contactingly engages the lower surface of the flange of the ventilation port,
A lid opening/closing member having a plurality of locking steps that can be locked on the upper surface of the flange portion is hingedly engaged between the branched end portions on the lower surface of the lid, so that the opening state of the lid member can be maintained and the opening/closing operation can be easily performed. The lid member can be opened and closed easily and reliably from a relatively low position, and the lid member can be opened in any direction and the opening area can be adjusted in stages. Furthermore, since a link mechanism is not used as the means for opening and closing the lid member as in the past, the structure is simple and the number of parts is small, and when the lid member is closed, the link mechanism protrudes toward the passenger compartment. There is no need to narrow the space, and since the lid member is only slidably engaged with the lower surface of the flange of the ventilation port, the lid member can be easily attached and removed. This has the effect of improving assembly workability and maintainability.
