(Prior Art) Recently, communication media widely referred to as "information stacks" have been popular. "Information laminate" is a piece of paper (hereinafter referred to as mount) that is divided into a predetermined number of information display surfaces by inserting the necessary number of folding lines, and then separating the combined information display surfaces so that they can be peeled off. The information displayed by adhesion (hereinafter referred to as pseudo-adhesion) is hidden. There are two types of information: unchangeable information that does not require secrecy (e.g. advertising slogans and explanations addressed to an unspecified number of people, other lines, frames, patterns, figures, etc.) and variable information that is individual and requires secrecy. The challenge of the "information stack" is to be able to mail as much variable information as possible while maintaining confidentiality.

Furthermore, these days we live in an era where fancy styles and a variety of appearances are appreciated. We live in an era when it is no longer satisfying to simply function as a communication medium.

Recently, against this background, we have increased the number of information display surfaces as much as possible, and furthermore, we have pseudo-adhered the information display surfaces to each other to hide the information inside, and we have also folded the information into a compact form so that it can be mailed as cheaply as possible. Laminated bodies have been proposed.

A typical example is known as Utility Model Application No. 416375/1983. In this prior art, label paper for information concealment is connected to the surface on which variable information is displayed via a fold line, and a see-through sheet is provided on the same side of the label paper as the display surface of the variable information. On the other hand, the
It is characterized by applying an adhesive to the opposite side of the sheet from the adhesive side of the label paper and covering it with release paper. To attach label paper (pseudo-adhesive medium) to paper (mounting paper),
This is done by manually peeling off the release paper one by one.

Furthermore, according to the information laminate disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-93175, transparent sheets are peelably adhered to each other, and variable information is displayed on each surface of the sheet opposite to the adhesive surface. The sheet is attached to the information display surface using an adhesive to hide the variable information. As the removable adhesive means, two transparent films are adhered by pressure, or by a non-tack type adhesive that is removable and cannot be re-adhered.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the first conventional example, the work of peeling off the release paper must be done manually, which requires a considerable amount of time and cost. In addition, since the peeling paper requires manual work, high-speed processing by automatic machines is not possible, and once the release paper is peeled off, it becomes difficult to handle because it sticks here and there. - If a roller or the like is soiled with adhesive, the work must be interrupted to wipe it off, resulting in a waste of time. Also, release paper is pasted on both sides of the label (pseudo-adhesive medium), but release paper is expensive, so the cost goes up accordingly if it is on both sides.

Regarding the second conventional example, there is a problem in that it is difficult to obtain enough adhesive force to withstand mailing by just pressing, and if it can be successfully bonded, it is due to the effect of the adhesive used rather than the effect of pressing. From this, the properties of the adhesive must be clarified. Also, although it says that it is "based on a non-tack type adhesive," if we understand non-tack literally as "something with no tack on the surface," it is possible to prepare an adhesive that has no tack on the surface and cannot be re-adhered. The second example is technically difficult, and it is questionable whether it can be put to practical use.

Therefore, in order to solve these problems, the inventor of the present invention has created folding lines on the mount surface to divide the mount surface into three information display surfaces: A side, B side, and 0 side. On one side of one set of two consecutive sides out of the three sides, a separately formed pseudo-adhesive medium with one side as a heat-sensitive adhesive side and the other side as an adhesion side is pasted in advance, and the remaining one set is Apply permanent adhesive to the back of two consecutive sides of the paper, fold it in from the fold line, and apply heat and pressure to bond the heat-sensitive adhesive side and the permanent adhesive side, making it look like a top-sheet postcard. (No. 23) In the present invention, we prepared a separately made similar adhesive medium (made of transparent film) with the - side as the heat-sensitive adhesive side and the other side as the adhesive side, and applied this to sides A and B of the mount. It is easy to make, as all you have to do is place it so that it matches one of the 0 sides and stick it on, so it is used today for nariban.

However, in future designs, the adhesive side of the pseudo-adhesive medium is pasted on one of the information display surfaces in advance, so permanent information that is printed in advance (e.g. advertising phrases or explanatory messages addressed to an unspecified number of people) , other lines, frames, patterns, figures, etc.) can be displayed, but variable information that will be printed later cannot be printed. This is disadvantageous for an information stack with limited space.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the method for manufacturing postcards and envelopes of the present invention involves applying a permanent adhesive to the back side of the paper that is continuously fed out from a supply source, and also attaching three pieces of information to the paper surface. The permanent adhesive coated surface of a pseudo-adhesive film that is continuously fed out at the same speed from a supply source different from the first mount supply source is superimposed on the surface side of the mount paper that has folding lines that separate the display surface. As the adhesive film progresses, the mount and pseudo-adhesive film are Z-folded based on the fold line on the mount to obtain a continuous folded body, and then heat and pressure are applied to fold the mount and the pseudo-adhesive film,
Then, permanent adhesion of the two back sides of one mount and pseudo adhesion of the pseudo adhesive films superimposed on one mount are performed, and finally the folded body is cut into predetermined postcards or envelopes.

The above-mentioned pseudo-adhesive film refers to a transparent resin film with pseudo-adhesive properties, and can be roughly divided into a thermosensitive pseudo-adhesive film with relatively strong pseudo-adhesive properties on a resin film with relatively weak pseudo-adhesive properties (e.g., polyester resin). There are those coated with an agent (e.g., diazo photosensitive resin, diazo resin), and those that exhibit pseudo-adhesive properties when heated because the film itself has a low melting point (e.g.,
There are two types: polyethylene resin). The permanent adhesive applied to the pseudo-adhesive film and the back of the mount is preferably a heat-sensitive adhesive that does not require a release paper. When a pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied, a release paper is required, but in the present invention, the release paper is mechanically peeled off as described later, so no human effort is required to remove the release paper.

(Function) The pseudo-adhesive surface of the mount is formed by mechanically feeding out the pseudo-adhesive film in synchronization with the mount and automatically overlapping the 0-film and the pseudo-adhesive film. Permanent adhesion between display surfaces and pseudo-adhesion between information display surfaces using a pseudo-adhesive film can be achieved by heating and
The pressurization is performed simultaneously in one step.

The backing paper is a long piece of paper that is continuously fed out from a supply source such as a roll or cassette, and the back side is pre-coated with a permanent adhesive, preferably a heat-sensitive permanent adhesive. A hole 5a for hanging a sprocket is provided in the ear portion 5 of the sprocket. After Z-folding, the mount is cut to a predetermined size according to the postcard or envelope. At this time, the ears 5 are also cut off with a slitter, but in the present invention, the edges 5 are also cut in a way that will be described later.Although the mount is a continuous long piece, the drawings are shown for convenience of explanation. It is represented as a unit information display surface 1. Further, in the illustrated embodiment in which the predetermined constant information and variable information are printed in advance, the 0th side is the stamp side.

The pseudo-adhesive film 10 uses a polyester resin film as a base material, a permanent adhesive is applied to the side facing the mount, that is, the back surface, and a diazo photosensitive resin is applied as a pseudo-adhesive to the surface. Instead of applying a photosensitive resin, a separate polyethylene resin film may be laminated. The permanent adhesive may be applied to the entire back surface, or may be applied to the back surface, avoiding the surface facing the stamp surface of the mount. If the stamp is coated on the entire surface, a film will be placed on the stamp surface, but if the stamp is paid separately, there is no need to affix the stamp, and since the recipient's name, address, etc. are pre-printed, it is inconvenient to have the film on the stamp. Preferably, a heat-sensitive adhesive is used as the permanent adhesive. In the case of pressure-sensitive adhesives, release paper is attached, but
The release paper is automatically peeled off immediately before being stacked on the mount surface. When applying a pseudo adhesive, apply it to the entire surface, and when laminating a separate polyethylene resin film, It is formed by laminating the entire surface or the surface of the mount excluding the surface corresponding to the stamp.

In the illustrated embodiment, a plurality of pieces are provided in series at regular intervals in the length direction of the pseudo-adhesive film. Instead of the elongated hole 11, a non-adhesive part 14 of a constant width is provided on the edge near the sprocket hole 15a.
It is also possible to apply a pseudo-adhesive or laminate a pseudo-adhesive film to avoid this area.
The elongated hole 11 and the non-adhesive part 14 are opened when the recipient peels off the pseudo-adhesive surface.

Fold it in half along this line to obtain a continuous belt-shaped folded body. Heat (80 to 140°C) and pressure (pressure 4 to 7 kg) are applied to this using a heat roller to permanently bond the pseudo adhesive film 10 and the mount, and the back sides of the B and 0 sides of the mount. The surfaces of the surfaces are pseudo-adhered to each other via a pseudo-adhesive film. The heating temperature and pressing pressure are determined by the properties and amount of the adhesive composition, and other external conditions such as room temperature.

In the state where the mount and the pseudo-adhesive film are integrally Z-folded, as a final step, the length direction (both ears 5,

In this case, the cutting line 13 on the right edge in the figure is slightly shifted inward so that it passes through the elongated hole 11 described above. If the bag is cut in this state, the elongated hole 11 will not be pseudo-adhered, so the opening will become an opening when the bag is opened. In addition, if the non-adhesive part 14 is cut along the outer boundary line 13 or slightly inside thereof, the non-adhesive part 14 will be pseudo-adhered to the stamp side (side 0 in Figure 1) of the first mount, which will become the opening. If the film is not permanently bonded, the portion of the pseudo-adhesive film facing the stamp surface will naturally fall and be removed by cutting.
