Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent floor materials from rising caused by their extension by intervening spacers having a thickness corresponding to the quantity of extension caused by water containing in the width direction of ligneous series floor material and fixing them and removing them before the adhesives are dried and cured. CONSTITUTION:A sound insulation floor plate 2 is formed by providing a cushion layer 1 comprising urethane resin in the back face and recessed section of a substance comprising many ligneous strips of abut or solid plates 5 of abutted on each other. An convex section 6 is formed on the longitudinal direction side of the sound insulation floor plate 2, and a recessed section 7 is formed on the other side. Parts resulting from being cut at cutting lines L are stuck and fixed to he floor backing, and the convex section 6 of the ligneous series floor material 2 adjacent thereto in the backward direction is processed in the longitudinal direction so as to connect to the recessed section 7. In the next step, with a plurality of spacers 4 having substantial quantity of extension caused by containing water therein in the width direction of this floor material 2 intervened, ligneous series floor materials 2 and 2 are laid and fixed in the width direction to remove the spacers 4 before adhesives is dried and cured. By this constitution the rising of the ligneous series floor material due to the increase in moisture percentage can be prevented.

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention 1] However, if the moisture content of the wood flooring increases after the cushion layer is laid and fixed to the flooring base with adhesive, etc., the wood flooring may expand. When sufficient joint spacing is not set between the wooden flooring materials, there is a problem in that the adjacent wooden flooring materials butt against each other and stick up. For example, the water content of peeled quince teak is 7% →
When it increases to about 12%, the elongation in the middle direction of the wooden flooring material 2 expands by about 0.3% to 0.5%. Also, oak (Japanese oak) and the like expand by as much as 3.0% to 5.0%. Then, a plurality of strips of wooden flooring material are butted together in the middle direction.
When the flooring material is made of sheets, the elongation in the middle direction is accumulated, and the problem of pushing up in the middle direction is more likely to occur. In order to avoid this problem of uplift, it becomes troublesome to lay and fix the wooden flooring material with predetermined joint spacing.

The present invention was made in view of such problems,
The purpose is to provide a method for constructing wood flooring that avoids the upheaval of the wood flooring due to elongation due to water content, and allows such construction to be performed easily, quickly, and reliably. There is a particular thing.

[Means for Solving Problem A] The wooden flooring construction method of the present invention includes the following steps: A spacer 4 having a thickness corresponding to the amount of elongation due to water content of the wood flooring material 2 is interposed between the wooden flooring materials 2 and fixed, and the spacer 4 is then removed. be.

[Function 1] In this way, when laying and fixing a large number of wooden flooring materials 2 on which the lower surface adhesive layer 1 is laminated on the floor base 3, A spacer 4 having a thickness corresponding to the amount of elongation due to water content of the material 2 is interposed and fixed.
After that, by removing the spacer 4, a gap is secured between the wooden flooring materials 2 by using the spacer 41 to allow for the elongation of the wooden flooring material 2 due to water content, and even if the wood material 2 expands due to the increase in moisture content, the wood The flooring materials 2.2 do not stick up against each other, and such construction can be performed easily, quickly, and reliably.

A wooden decorative board such as a veneer (sliced veneer) having wood grains formed by thinly slicing wood is laminated on a wooden substrate, or the wooden board 5 is formed of peeled wood. The wooden board 5 is formed into a rectangular shape, for example, as shown in FIG. A cushion layer 1 is filled in the space to form one wooden soundproof floorboard 2. A hexagon 6 is formed at one end in the length direction of the wooden soundproof floorboard 2, and a pretext 7 is formed at the other end. The shape and form of the wooden soundproof floorboard 2 can be modified in various designs.

When installing the wood flooring material 2, it is cut along the cutting line shown in FIG. 1 and fixed to the flooring base 3 with adhesive along the wall as shown in FIG. 4, and then installed.
As shown in FIG. 4, the adjacent wooden flooring materials 2 are connected to the base 7 in the longitudinal direction, and construction is carried out in the longitudinal direction.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a plurality of spacers 4 with a thickness corresponding to the amount of elongation of the wood flooring material 2 due to water content are interposed in the middle direction of the wood flooring material 2. Then, the wooden flooring materials 2, 2 are laid and fixed in the middle direction, and then the spacer 4 is removed before the adhesive dries and hardens. Although the spacer 4 is formed into an L-shape, it may have another shape.

[Effects of the Invention] In short, the present invention provides a method for installing and fixing a large number of wooden flooring materials each having a cushion layer laminated on the lower surface on a subfloor surface. A spacer with a thickness corresponding to the amount of elongation is interposed and fixed, and then the spacer is fixed, so spacers are placed between the wood flooring materials to account for elongation due to water content in the wood flooring material. It is possible to secure a gap, prevent wooden flooring from sticking up against each other even if it stretches due to an increase in moisture content, and it is possible to perform such construction easily, quickly and accurately. It has the advantage of being able to perform construction by butting wood flooring materials against each other, and allowing a large number of wood flooring materials to be installed in a straight line.
