【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は印字機等における活字を平らな収容
板に収容し夫々の活字が収容板から充分に突出し
かつ速に復帰する活字の収容装置又は自動モノタ
イプの母形の収容装置を提供するものである。従
来、印字機の活字を収容する装置には活字の側面
よりピンを貫通し、活字の中を中空にし該中空部
にバネを挿入してネジ等で封入する等その構造が
複雑となるばかりではなく、ピンの両端を支持し
て活字を収容する為にピンがたわんで多数の活字
を収容することができない欠点があつた、この欠
点を除いた本考案を例示した図によつて説明す
る。

活字1の切欠2の部分を挿入して移動することが
できる溝5を設け、溝5と直角の方向に、活字1
と等しいピツチで活字1より狭く、収容板3を貫
通しないバネ挿入用の溝6、又は孔6′を設ける、
溝6又は孔6′と切欠2との間にバネ8を張設す
る、バネ8には突起9を設け、、切欠2に連通す
る活字1の位置決め用の孔7に前記バネ8の突起
9を挿入すると、バネ8は更に安定する、図示し
ていないが、突起9を挿入する活字1の孔は位置
決め用の孔7の外に設てもよく、又活字1の側部
に溝を設け、その溝に突起9を挿入してバネ8を
安定することもできる、又バネ8はコイルバネの
外、板バネであつてもよい、バネ8の弾力に抗し
て突出する活字1の突出量Cは活字1の頭部の高
さaと尾部の高さbより少くするように切欠2の
長さdを定める、収容板3に収容した活字1の周
囲は規正板10,10′,10″,10、をネジ
11で収容板3に固着して活字1を安定する、規
正板10等には位置決め溝12を設けて収容板3
が移動し停止した際その停止位置を規正するよう
にすることもできる、第6図、第7図に示すごと
く活字1の切欠2の他側に切欠13を設けこにバ
ネ14を張設する、更に収容板3に溝5と平行に
薄板15を設け、バネ挿入用の溝6とで囲まれた
空間にバネ8等を張設することによつて大きな活
字1又は母形を安定して装着することもできる、
第1図においては、収容板3は収容板庫16に収
容したところを示している、17は収容板庫16
に設けた軸であつて、この軸17にレバー18の
一端を枢支する、レバー18の他端に固着した軸
19にはコロ20を枢支する、収容板庫16に固
着したバネ押え21とレバー18との間にバネ2
2を張設する、収容板3には斜面23,24とか
らなる溝を設け、バネ22で押されたコロ20は
斜面23に当接して収容板3を移動し、収容板庫
16に設けたストツパ25に当接する、この際斜
面24はコロ20に当接しない、斜面24にコロ

い、収容板庫16には図示していないが収容板3

の溝27に挿入する、又ガイドバー28,29の
溝にも挿入されるようになつている、収容板3に
はコロ30数個を回転自在に装着しコロ30はガ
イドバー28,29の側面に当接する、収容板3
の一端にはバー31を固着し、バー31の両面に
は移動バー32のコロ33,34を当接するバー
31の端を細くしてコロ33,34と離れる部分
を設け収容板3を交換する際にはバー31の通過
を容易にする、第8図、第9図、第10図、は収
容装置を装着した実施例である、移動バー32に
はラツク35を設けピニオン36とかみ合う、ピ
