トへ前記昇降盤外へ突出する様に取付けたスイツ
チ操作子と、このスイツチ操作子により操作され
て前記ねじ送り手段を停止させる様に昇降盤へ取
付けた停止スイツチとを備えさせて、上側の非回
転ナツトに昇降盤系の重量をかけ、下側の非回転
ナツトにばねの圧力を加えて、両ナツトを互に反
対の方向から送りねじに密着させて、送りねじの
両方向のバツクラツシユを完全に除かせると共
に、ねじ送りされる砥石車が刃物に当ると昇降盤

してある。16,16は前記ガイド11,11の
上部から前記昇降盤12,12へ向つて吊設した
送りねじで、その上端を変速可能なブレーキ付モ
ータ17,17に結合して正逆に回転させる様に
してある。18,18は前記昇降盤12,12に
附設して前記送りねじ16,16を内包させたナ
ツト収容部で、各々の内部に前記送りねじ16,
16へ相互接触しない様に螺合し、且つ、周面に
夫々設けた縦溝20,20′に、前記ナツト収容
部18,18の内側へ突出させた回り止め21,
21′を係合させた上下一対の非回転ナツト19,
19′を収容し、その上側の非回転ナツトを収容
部18,18の上部に設けた上受面22に当接さ
せ、下側の非回転ナツト19′と収容部18,1
8の下部に設けた下受面23との間にばね24を
装入してある。25は前記したばね24の弾力を
調整する調整螺環で、図面第3図に示す様にナツ
ト収容部18の下部に螺合させるときは、下受面
