【特許請求の範囲】 1、壁に設けたレールに懸吊支持させて左右方向に開閉
可能に設けられ、可動範囲一端側へ自己復帰し得るよう
に付勢された引戸に装備される中間停止装置であって、
押圧子と、押圧子操作手段と、強制退避手段とを具備し
てなり、 押圧子は、先端に前記壁に設けた固定面に当接する一定
幅の摩擦面を有したもので、略水平方向に設けられてお
り、 押圧子操作手段は、前記摩擦面が前記固定面に非接触の
待機位置から前記摩擦面が前記固定面に密着する係止位
置まで前記押圧子を略水平方向へ旋回させるためのもの
で、押圧子の基端部を保持する支持軸と、その支持軸に
固設した手動操作部とを備えており、 強制退避手段は、前記押圧子が待機位置側に旋回するの
に伴う支持軸の回動をきっかけに該支持軸を弾性付勢し
て前記押圧子を待機位置に安定保持するためのものであ
り、 前記手動操作部により前記強制退避手段の弾性付勢力に
抗して前記押圧子を一時的に待機位置から係止位置まで
旋回させてその摩擦面を前記固定面に弾接させ得るよう
に構成したことを特徴とする引戸の中間停止装置。 2、押圧子が、金属製の押圧子本体と、この押圧子本体
の先端部に固着した摩擦部材とを具備してなり、その摩
擦部材に一定幅の摩擦面を形成していることを特徴とす
る請求項1記載の引戸の中間停止装置。 3、強制退避手段が、支持軸の外面に設けた4つの平坦
な係止面と、押圧子が待機位置側に旋回するのに伴う支
持軸の回動をきっかけに前記係止面の対向する2面に先
端部側がそれぞれ弾接して押圧子を待機位置に安定保持
する板状の弾性部材とを具備してなることを特徴とする
請求項1記載の引戸の中間停止装置。 4、強制退避手段が、支持軸の外面に設けた4つの平坦
な係止面と、押圧子が待機位置側に旋回するのに伴う支
持軸の回動をきっかけに前記係止面の対向する2面に先

する線状の弾性部材とを具備してなることを特徴とする
