The lamp LM is lit by supplying power to both ends of the power line LM. In order to improve the sales promotion effect, several lamp lines are bundled together as shown in FIG. 2, and these lines are placed above and below the product, etc., and are made to blink or turn on. Therefore, in conventional promotional materials, even if lines are wired around the product or decorated, care must be taken not to disrupt the lines, and there are also problems in the ease of wearing. Therefore, the purpose of this invention is to provide a promotional item that emits light that can be easily attached to any location by effectively lighting or blinking a small light emitting diode as a promotional item for a product.

, apply adhesive 4 to the back side of substrate 1, and connect adjacent holes (for example, holes 23 and 2) that are not electrically conductive.
4) is equipped with a light emitting diode. Further, the printing 3 that makes the holes 2 conductive is performed for each pair of holes aligned in the horizontal direction, and the whole is made conductive at one end 1B, and the printing 31 is also performed on the periphery of the hole, and the fourth A power supply unit 10 having a structure as shown in the figure is connected. That is, the power supply unit 10 has a conductive part 11 that contacts one end of the print 3, and
A conductive part 12 that contacts the conductive part 31 printed on the peripheral edge of the substrate 1 is printed on the peripheral edge thereof while being insulated from the conductive part 11. Then, a micro battery 13 is installed between the conductive portion 1 and the conductive portion 12, and a switch 14 that can be operated from the outside is connected. Note that the back side of the power supply unit 10 is also coated with adhesive so that it can be attached to any desired location.

The print 3 and the lead terminal 21 are connected with solder or the like. The light emitting diode 20 is installed in the adjacent holes 23, 2 which are not electrically connected by the print 3.
By performing the steps in sequence as in step 4, electrical continuity can be obtained for each horizontal print lined up in a row. Then, by electrically connecting one end 1A of the substrate 1 and the power supply unit 10,
A circuit configuration as shown in FIG. 6 can be obtained. Then, by turning on the switch 14 of the power supply unit 10, the power of the micro battery 13 is supplied to each light emitting diode 20 connected in series, and all of the light emitting diodes 20 are turned on. Also, if the switch 14 is turned off, the micro battery 1
3 is cut off, all of the light emitting diodes 20 are turned off.

It is also possible to repeatedly blink the light emitting diodes at a predetermined period or in sequence. In addition, the board 1 is made short and small, and the combination of these boards displays characters and figures, and the power supply unit connected to each of these units causes the characters and figures to blink or light up together with the product. You can obtain the following promotional effects.
