本考案は電子写真装置のトナー回収装置に関

電子写真装置は、帯電した感光ドラムを露光し

後の感光ドラム上に残存する残存トナーをクリー
ニングして回収するトナー回収装置とを備え、該
トナー回収装置は前記感光ドラム表面に当接され
て感光ドラム表面のトナーをかき落すクリーニン
グブレードと、該クリーニングブレードがかき落
されるトナーを取り込むように該クリーニングブ
レードに沿つて開口する開口部を有するトナー回
収管と、前記トナー回収管内に設けられ前記開口
部から取り込んだトナーを回転によつて軸方向に
搬送する螺旋軸とを備える。

トナーを取り込むように該クリーニングブレード
に沿つて開口する開口部を有するトナー回収管
と、前記トナー回収管内に設けられ前記開口部か
ら取り込んだトナーを回転によつて軸方向に搬送
する螺旋軸とを備えた電子写真装置のトナー回収
装置において、
前記トナー回収管の前記開口部に沿つて軸方向
に線状の弾性体を架設すると共に前記螺旋軸に該
軸の回転によつて前記弾性体に周期的に作用して
該弾性体を絃振動させるレバーを設けたことを特
徴とする。

偏向用モートル22で偏向し、F−θレンズ3で
焦点補正を行ない、ミラー4で感光体ドラム5に
照射される。感光体ドラム5は帯電器6によつて
一様に帯電され、レーザー光線の照射有無により
潜像が形成され、現像器7内に保有されているト
ナーにより現像される。給紙カセツト9より給紙
された記録用紙10は、フイードローラー12、
反転ローラー13を通過し、転写器14でトナー
像が転写される。トナー像が転写された記録用紙
10は搬送ローラーA15,B16を介して定着
ローラー18で熱定着され、トレー19に排紙さ
れる。転写を終つた感光体ドラム5には残存トナ
ーが付着している為クリーニングブレード21を
当接してこれをかき落し、トナー回収管22に回
収させる。

ドラム5と接触する様に薄いフイルムシート34

体が架設されているので、該開口部に落下したト
ナーはこの絃振動によつてトナー回収管内に送り
込まれて該部に堆積することがなくり、堆積トナ
ーが機内にこぼれたり、感光ドラムを汚したりす
ることがなくなる。
